The CSC is not helpful, asking one question takes anywhere from 10-30 min to solve if it gets solved, a lot of the times they have to escalate it to the internal team and get back with you in 7-10 days. Also all of the CSC is hired over seas so their English is horrible and half the time you cant understand what they are saying. > > Overall it is not a horrible EMR, it does have a lot of features that other EMRs do not have. Overall, I have not encounter any bugs or issues and it makes things like paying bills very easy. However, there is an option in settings that allows you to enable, still it does feel a little tedious. Furthermore, the initial setup process at first was confusing, however, it was still manageable. > > My family primary doctor that works at Family Healthcare Associates uses the "Catalyst Physician Group Athena Patient Portal".
