After our last event, I used the Survey function for the first time to receive quick feedback from our attendees. Campaign creation is also straightforward enough that non-technical users can build and send clean emails without IT standing nearby with a wrench and a flashlight. I also appreciate that phone support still exists, because when there’s an account, billing, or campaign issue, talking to an actual human makes cleanup much easier. > > **Inconvénients**: The campaign side works well enough once people are inside the machine, but the ownership model can feel like a control panel built by committee when you’re supporting multiple teams, departments, or locations under one broader organization.
