Paycom is so easy and they are constantly improving it to make it even more efficient and user-friendly. Also, the new landing page is AWESOME\! I love the ability customize the widgets that are most important to me, and I get a complete snapshot of what I need to take care of every time I log in. > > **Inconvénients**: Sometimes when they make large updates to the platform, they accidentally 'break' features that were already working well. It's hard to figure out why something stopped working the way it used to and then get help to figure out how to get working properly again. > > Overall, our switch to Paycom has been positive. We've been with Paycom for 6 months now. It is very easy to use, has definitely saved HR time and money in getting the employees and managers to do more themselves. Customer support at Paycom is awesome and the rep we were assigned during the transition to full care, has been amazing (thanks \[sensitive content hidden\])- very knowledgeable. As we were dealing with different teams for our benefits- Open Enrollment, and our 401(k) provider, the team collaboration was also great. The system, for the most part, can do what we want and need it to do, and do it well. We also don't just use Paycom as a payroll provider, we utilize their ATS as well. > > **Inconvénients**: There are only 4 negative things I can say about Paycom. First was what we thought we were getting and what we got (or rather, what was going to cost us extra) because it wasn't in the contract. I realize a sale is important but be honest and don't let your clients find out the hard way that something is missing. This was somewhat frustrating, but Paycom was willing to work with us on this. Secondly, our sales rep was not as on top of punch out items as we'd have liked, so we had to keep track of outstanding items and stay on top continuously to see things through to completion. The last was you need to make sure that whoever is handling the transition from one system to another at your company, knows what they're doing and what questions to ask (don't assume anything) and do a full and complete back up of what was in your old system, as they don't do that for you at Paycom. The ATS could use a little tweaking. It's been easy to use, but we're still working out some bugs. > > My experience overall has been great. I knew that it would benefit us extremely by switching payroll providers, and I really loved Paycom's system all the way around.
