> **Inconvénients**: Le système présente quelques faiblesses, comme les remboursements des clients et les équations qui doivent être écrites pour certains rapports.

> L'expérience a été formidable. C'est un système facile à apprendre et à utiliser. En tant qu'administrateur, l'apprentissage du système et la mise en place des processus se sont déroulés sans problème. Venant de Dynamics GP, le dépannage est plus facile à gérer et il y a très peu de personnalisations requises.

> **Inconvénients**: Bank Reconciliations. We use multiple banks and have multiple bank accounts within those. We don't have it set up to record ach payments and things automatically. One of the banks can't even do that so bank recs are pretty rough
> 
> Overall very happy. Support has been great. Not to many things that I would change. Just Bank Recs. I love the safety of not being able to hit the wrong subsidiaries and keeping the data true.

> **Avantages**: Easy to learn.  There are a ton of low/no code customizations that make it easy to configure so that it works for your environment.

> **Inconvénients**: Some limitations with report creation and distribution out of the box,  but there are a ton of add-on products that were able to fill those gaps (check out Velixo)

> We had a very smooth implemention\!  Learning to use the product was easy, honestly we had more issues restructuring our chart of accounts rather than learning to use the system.
