I communicate with the clients every single day and there are always a number of back-and-forth communications with the clients. It was always difficult to filter the emails based on the clients, but now it is very easy to trace all the communication because everything is available at one place. Last but not the least, fully satisfied. Thanks ----- ### "User friendly\!" — 5.0/5 > **William** | *4 décembre 2025* | Comptabilité | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I like the simplicity. Everything is set up in a way that makes it easy to use and easy to manage my workload. I can see what I have done, what is on going and what is yet to be done which I find very helpful on a daily basis. I also like how you can easily view internal and recipient activity which supports managing my workload as it makes finding requests very easy. > > **Inconvénients**: Sometimes when I back out of a request it'll take me back to the main menu which can be frustrating at times and even though I like that I can view internal and recipient activity, I think the service can be improved by being able to view what my colleagues / the recipient has actually viewed, submitted or uploaded as it would save time finding what has been replied to. > > Overall, Glasscubes is an easy to use and effective service. It allows me to manage my workload effectively and without any issues. I will continue using Glasscubes in the future. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Données structurées
