giftmate helped us change our approach to maintaining strong relationships with our B2B customers and partners. Prior to this cooperation, we had a chance to try and manage our sales motivation and reward programs on our own, and let me say it was rather hectic. Mostly, we struggled with keeping it predictable, scalable, and systemized. It was also hard to track our random actions in rewarding our partners and to evaluate the results.
Later, we found giftmate's software and decided to give it a try. Now it serves as a pivotal tool in our arsenal, driving our customer loyalty programs to new heights and ensuring repeat purchases.
It was valuable for us that with giftmate we were able to install a system of ready-made bonuses and to get detailed analytics of our spending and to see whether the rewards we sent were used by the clients. Since we track the repeat purchase rate among our clients at our company, we can confirm that our loyalty program investments were successful.
