And it's still great in the meantime. > > Our experience has been nothing but stellar. We switched from a different studio management software and everything has been so much easier to run since switching. ----- ### "Arketa is the best CRM for a yoga studio" — 5.0/5 > **Ashlee** | *24 septembre 2025* | Santé, bien-être et fitness | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: The customer service is EXCELLENT\! We've been with mindbody and momence before and their customer service wasn't nearly as helpful. Arketa agents are quick to reply and always follow up, making client management a breeze. > > **Inconvénients**: The only thing that were having issues with is for some reason our time zone is wonky because we are in Arizona. We've chatted in a few times that they've been wrong and they'll fix it but it will randomly revert back and then we need to chat in again. > > Overall, we love it\! The transfer was a breeze, the user interface is super easy to understand, and our team has been able to pick up on the system quickly. Oh, and we LOVE that there is a huge red alert if clients are missing a signed liability waiver. Overall, we would recommend this software to anyone looking for a cost effective CRM that gives you tools to automate your business. ----- ### "Loving Arketa\!" — 5.0/5 > **Lindsey** | *24 août 2026* | Santé, bien-être et fitness | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: The knowledge of the Arketa team is unmatched\! They are always incredibly helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered. > > **Inconvénients**: The wait time for Contact Support varies, but the longest I've waited is roughly 10 minutes and the quality of response is worth the wait. > > The ease of use has been a game changer\! I'm sopleased with this platform, it has all the functionality I need and has extra features that make my job a lot easier. ----- ### "Not set up for those on the individual plan with in-person studio spaces" — 1.0/5 > **Cami** | *4 mai 2026* | Santé, bien-être et fitness | Taux de recommandation : 0.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I liked the user interface and the ease to embed webpages into my own website. I also appreciated the ease of getting set up with Arketa, there were absolutely no hoops to jump through. > > **Inconvénients**: As a customer, I am not valued at all. They state that they have studio support available on weekends, yet I am never able to get in touch with people. They raised my yearly plan without any notice, and when I requested support, they are not able to provide any proof they they sent notice. They have also made payouts nearly impossible, and have held my money for 2-3 weeks now, with no support given (despite multiple requests) for the payout to be made. At an individual plan, they take 6% of all profits as they pass on the Stripe processing fee and have their own fee. They market themselves as the affordable alternative yet every single option is an up-charge. I have had reoccuring issues where if I enable referral codes for clients, their referral code will pop up with a competitor studio's name within it, which is a real great way to drive traffic to my studio as it just creates confusion about the brands and reminds students about the competitor's studio. Their software team does not care about this at all, so to save face, I am not able to have referral codes on at all, which is such a missed opportunity. > > I have already cancelled my plan for next year and about once a month when someone in the industry asks if I would suggest Arketa as a platform, I tell them the truth about my experience. ----- ### "Grateful for the all-in-one" — 5.0/5 > **KeriAnn** | *24 août 2026* | Santé, bien-être et fitness | Taux de recommandation : 8.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I like that it is a one stop shop. I can perform accounting, marketing, scheduling, booking; all in one place. It’s also fairly easy to navigate. > > **Inconvénients**: I would like more options to better stream line automations. I like the support articles, but support videos would also be helpful. > > I’m very grateful for the support in the onboarding process and the continued support via messaging. | Langue | URL | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | ----- ## Données structurées
