> **Avantages**: The program is user friendly \& Customer Service is exceptional. When you begin learning this system, it has helps on every page. The customer service is exceptional\! There is a forum that helps answer frequently asked questions and if the answer is not there, the team is great at helping you get your needs met in a timely manner.

> **Inconvénients**: The updated version look changed so much it was like a whole new program. Our firm was able to ease into this new format and look because TPS provided a time of using the new view before the switch. This helped a lot.

> Overall TPS Cloud Axis is a fabulous program with many features that track and keep all the information needed at our fingertips. TPS takes care of all our needs with invoicing, time tracking, workflow due date tracking, employee time management, and billing. When we need customer support they are readily available with great willing attitudes and follow through.

> **Avantages**: It feels like things are more centrally located in TPS Clous Access compared to the On-Premise version of TPS. This makes it easier to maneuver about the software when working on multiple tasks. The new Workflow section seems to have limitless possibilities on functionality. I am really looking forward to using more of the features that appear to make my time spent on administrative tasks much more efficient.

> **Inconvénients**: Some features that should intuitively be there are not there; i.e. a simple "+" for new time entries, when you can add a new client with a simple "+". Also, have the new time entry intuitively in line with the other time entries so it flows to put in multiple time entries without having to go to the top menu to add a new entry.

> Very pleased. I love working with the Team at TPS Software. We have been working with them for more than 10 years and they have always been professional and very adept at solving our needs and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. I strongly recommend their timekeeping/customer billing software.

Les rapports doivent être simplifiés, et il est très difficile de trouver les informations nécessaires. Il serait plus pratique de voir à quoi correspond une facture sans avoir à l'ouvrir ou à saisir sa description à chaque fois.
