I have a very public use case: I use om 800.com number for a live call-in line on a live Internet show, so it has to work. I had a problem in the way I implemented the line and when I contacted support, they didn't just email me some suggestions - they fixed it\! Working flawlessly now. As a bonus, I needed a specific number (that ended in 8255: "TALK") and it was immediately available, and alliterative to boot: 877-820-8255: easy to remember, which is important for what I do. 

Calls are handled exactly as I specified, audio quality is superb. Beyond expectations.

Absolutely one of the best investments I have made in my business.
