Très simple à utiliser pour organiser le routage.
Notifications clients ... et bien d'autres qu'on n'utilise pas.

I recently had the opportunity to use Cigo, a logistics platform that helps businesses manage their supply chain operations more efficiently. Overall, I found the platform to be quite impressive, but what I liked most about Cigo was its user-friendly interface.From the moment I logged in, it was clear that Cigo was designed with the user in mind. The platform's dashboard is well-organized, and it was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. I appreciated how intuitive the platform was.Additionally, Cigo's features were robust and comprehensive. It provided a range of tools to manage everything from procurement and inventory management to order fulfillment and shipping. I was able to keep track of my inventory levels, track orders, and manage my warehouse operations all in one place, which saved me time and streamlined my operations.Overall, I would highly recommend Cigo to any business looking for a logistics platform that is easy to use and provides all the features they need to manage their supply chain efficiently.

The feature that I liked least about Cigo was its pricing structure. While I understood that the platform provides comprehensive tools and features to manage supply chain operations, the pricing plans were a bit steep for my budget. As a small business owner, I found it challenging to justify the cost, especially considering that I only needed a few of the platform's features.Despite this issue, I must acknowledge that Cigo's user-friendly interface and comprehensive set of features were impressive and justified the costs in my case. However, the pricing structure was a drawback that could be an obstacle for small businesses.

The customer service is incredible. You always have someone to assist you with any questions that you have. They regularly update the platform with new features.

I wish there was a knowledge base in the platform.

Great system to use if you want to route vehicles for the most effective time travel and great to track each delivery as well.

Process took a bit of time to get used to. There are a couple of issues I wish were better. After delivery, Cigo asks the customer to review their experience with the delivery with Google or Facebook options. The actual reviews only show up on the backend of the system and not on Google or Facebook.

Also, there seems to be an ongoing issue of a hazard icon appearing saying that 'the operators may not arrive within this time window' when they have not actually had this issue and/or the delivery was completed well within the window.
