> **Inconvénients**: There isn't much I dislike about Nectar. If I had to identify a challenge, it would be that participation levels can vary significantly between employees. As a result, the accumulation of points and rewards can sometimes feel unbalanced and depend more on how actively others participate than on an individual's own engagement or contributions.
