## Avis

### "Best Relevant Company Crew Software" — 5.0/5

> **Heather** | *27 mai 2026* | Services aux consommateurs | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: Crew Control is extremely user friendly and they have an amazing customer support team. We have used their software to grow our company over the past four years and it has been a very positive experience. It's a complete package, from setting up estimates, managing our crews, invoicing customers, and keeping track of inventory/services provided, all the while, using customized communication with everyone involved\! I highly recommend Crew Control to anyone starting up a new business, or to someone looking for organization and value for their money.
>
> **Inconvénients**: It's hard to think of negatives with Crew Control. They are constantly working on software development and are extremely effective in communicating improvements and working on new areas that might be an issue.
>
> My experience with Crew Control has been extremely positive. It has been a joy to know that I can help operate our company with this tool that is not just software, but another team that we are collaborating with that has our best interests at heart. They take pride in their work and it shows.

### "Doux pour la sécurité" — 5.0/5

> **Gisele** | *18 février 2025* | Études de marché | Taux de recommandation : 9.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: Cela aide beaucoup dans la gestion du terrain et du travail en équipe dans le contrôle de l'argent
>
> **Inconvénients**: Je n'ai rencontré aucun problème avec ce logiciel
>
> C'est une interface conviviale et dispose du meilleur cryptage de données

-----

### "Solid and Usable" — 4.0/5

> **Matthew** | *11 février 2025* | Construction | Taux de recommandation : 6.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: Real time location of crews. This is a must for our industry and Crew Control is very seamless to track our assets.
>
> **Inconvénients**: You have to pay extra for additional features. This could be a strength for some companies that want the bare-bones, but if you pay for the add-ons then you should probably go with a more expensive option off the bat.
>
> Pretty solid, but didn't stand out. I think some features could be added.

### "Best So Far" — 5.0/5

> **Clarence** | *18 novembre 2024* | Eau/gaz/électricité | Taux de recommandation : 9.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: It fits most of our needs when we set out we were looking for something where we could do everything and send our tech notes and the clients we love it
>
> **Inconvénients**: I wish that it actually GPS tracing through a mobile app s we could track our techs and see who is the closest for a call
>
> It checked most of our boxes and we are happy with it

-----

### "Ease of Use" — 5.0/5

> **Janice** | *28 mai 2026* | Services aux consommateurs | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: Crew control makes it easy for shifting our mowing schedule during the week. Our crew leaders can make notes of lawn care needs and individual requests on each customer's dispatch. Our ideas for features to be added to Crew Control have been taken into consideration and some have been implemented.
>
> **Inconvénients**: We invoice through the Crew Control system. The invoice is set automatically to credit card payments and adds the convenience fee. Some of our customers pay the 3% convenience fee and do not realize that it does not apply to bank transfers or personal check. We have been including a note explaining this to new customers.
>
> Crew control has made our company efficient and has enabled good and quick communication with our crews. It has been a time saver\!
