It didn’t cost anything extra, and my trainer followed up with me after every session to send a summary of what we went over and to make sure I didn’t have any new questions. Their customer service is top notch. > > **Inconvénients**: One thing that I wish they would improve upon is their structure system. For example, our company has a “team” system where we have groups of roofing sales teams and each has its own team lead. I would like to set things up for each team lead to be able to monitor and adjust all jobs within their team. But at this moment, I have to go in and manually give the team lead additional access to any leads their team members have.
