busybusy est une application de suivi de temps mobile et web pour les entrepreneurs de la construction et les entreprises mobiles, fournissant un suivi en temps réel des coûts de main-d'œuvre, suivi GPS, PTO, budgets, rapports, photos et notes. busybody est composé de deux modules ; suivi du temps et de l'équipement. Dans le but d'aider les entreprises à rationaliser le flux d'informations entre les employés distants, les gestionnaires et les superviseurs, busybusy fournit des outils pour automatiser la saisie des données et offre une vue à 360 degrés du chantier. L'outil de suivi du temps peut également être utilisé pour documenter les pauses, suivre l'utilisation de l'inventaire et plus encore. Des rappels basés sur la localisation et l'heure peuvent être configurés pour notifier à un employé de pointer en entrée ou en sortie en fonction de son horaire ou de sa géolocalisation, et l'heure peut également être suivie dans les zones sans service utilisant le mode hors ligne.
Les utilisateurs au niveau gestion peuvent suivre leur main-d'œuvre en temps réel avec des mises à jour sur la localisation des employés, les progrès de la main-d'œuvre, le temps passé sur chaque projet et la capacité de voir tous les employés dans une seule vue GPS. Avec busybusy, les cartes de temps peuvent être automatiquement générées et approuvées pour la paie et l'outil de capture de signature électronique permet aux employés de signer leurs cartes de temps à partir de n'importe quel appareil mobile.

Less headache when payday comes around!
Avantages
The time card reports, they make doing payroll so much quicker! Easy to find, easy to read!! Also the break tracking feature. I'm not hunting down technicians anymore to ask them if they took a break, it's right there at my fingertips when I'm ready to process payroll :)
Inconvénients
Very rarely, but its happened a couple of times, I've been logged out of my app on my phone. Nothing too frustrating, I log back in and I'm back in business!

I was very hesitant to try Busy Busy (or any sort of time tracking for that matter). It was actually at the request of my husband. I really drug my feet. However, while setting it up and working on the integration part of the set up I could not believe how helpful, accessible and knowledgeable the employees were. What could have been a real pain in the you know what actually turned out to be super smooth and easy. And now I get the bonus of quick payrolls and any sort of employee/job reporting I want in a matter of minutes. I'm a huge fan!
Avantages
The most beneficial being able to do payroll on payday as soon as your employees clock out. I can have payroll done before they even arrive to the office for their paycheck. I can then run a job/time report in QB and bill our customers for the hours, down to the minute, with descriptions of what the employee has done. At the end of the quarter I run a similar report monthly and quarterly which helps me to calculate taxes. There are so many ways to use the imported information. It has saved us so much time and our customers love the detail!
Inconvénients
I WISH I could figure out how to get the "Description" information (in "Job Details") to transfer over to QB. It would give our customers just that much more information on exactly what our employees are doing.

Pros
-Could build labor budgets.
-GPS locations.
-App reminds you to clock in when you get to the job site.
Inconvénients
-Time consuming to edit each employees hours each week. Our typical work week is 7am-3:30pm. If a guy clocks in at 6:45 we have to manually change it at the end of the week to 7am. Also their break time is 30 mins each day. Your default is 15 mins so we have to manually edit each week.
-Can't build a labor budget based off the cost code rather you need to create a sub-projects.
-Would be nice if it could sync with Procore so we don't have to manually enter labor each week.
-Glitches ever so often.

Avantages
Employees all agree that this program is much easier to use to enter hours from smart phone than alternative programs we have shared with them.
Inconvénients
It would be nice if application had certain other features we use on other programs (such as messaging, etc) so we could maintain one platform for everything

Avantages
Moving from paper time cards to a fully online digital time tracking solution that each of my guys can access from the phones they already have is huge. This saves time, validates hours worked, and allows me to do accurate Job Costing
Inconvénients
Very happy with what busybusy is offering at the moment. They have updates and extra features that come out periodically and I've been pleased with how they are keeping things up to date to help me operate my business in an ever changing economic environment.
