It works like a charm and does just what I need it to do. > > **Inconvénients**: There's nothing I don't like about Smallpdf. It's absolutely great. It's simple and works great. It does everything I need it to do and so much more. > > Smallpdf is easy, fast and amazingly simple to use and it does so much so quick. I couldn't ask for anything more. ----- ### "Amazing product. Desktop app just needs a bit more." — 4.0/5 > **Jonathan** | *13 mai 2026* | Gestion de l'enseignement | Taux de recommandation : 8.0/10 > > **Avantages**: The user interface is INCREDIBLY easy to use. I love how you can seamlessly transition from merging PDFs to cropping them, and so forth. Great suite of features. User-friendly. Good value for the money. Also, support is fast if I ever have a technical issue. > > **Inconvénients**: Please please please create an feature for the desktop SmallPDF app to OCR files. SmallPDF's \*web app\* OCR feature produces the cleanest and most legible OCR'd files I have seen, but whenever I try to OCR very large files or very many files, it crashes because a web browser just can't handle that much processing. I have noticed this tendency in PDF readers: whenever they have a web app version and a desktop app version, the web app version crashes if it tries to OCR very large files or very many files, but the desktop app can handle is. The OCR feature needs to be brought to the desktop Smallpdf app. Please. I beg you. I'll pay more money for it. > > Very good. Love it. I am trying to get more people to use it. It's very close to being an all-purpose PDF platform. ----- ### "Feedback of product" — 4.0/5 > **Roberta** | *8 septembre 2026* | Recherche | Taux de recommandation : 6.0/10 > > **Avantages**: pdf document mangement, the platform is intuitive and makes it very easy to manage and work with PDF files. > > **Inconvénients**: value for money, the annual subscription is expensive for occasional use, and I would prefer more flexible and affordable short-term options. > > The service was courteous, and in the end, my request was resolved satisfactorily, with a refund of the majority of the amount. I just feel that the possibility of a refund could have been addressed more directly from the very first contact, as I had to reiterate my request a few times. Overall, I was satisfied with the solution provided. The issue was resolved very quickly. > > **Inconvénients**: Smallpdf is very easy to use, and I use it practically every single day. I have no "cons" to report at all. > > My experience has been wonderful with Smallpdf. I would certainly recommend it.
