> **Avantages**: Just about everything. We love how easy it is to manage the projects with all the costs, time used, estimates, and invoices all in one place. The price it costs for the software is also very cheap compared to other similar software. The customer support has been amazing, I have to wait a minute at most to get someone in their chat to help me out when I need it.

> **Inconvénients**: When making very large estimates the software slows down a lot and it can be hard to navigate since it starts to really chuck along to get everything loaded.
> 
> Overall Contractor Foreman has been amazing since we changed over from our previous software (Sage 100 Contractor). Its great to have everything in once place and its easy to keep track of everything.

> **Inconvénients**: The customizability of the PDF templates. There are a few things I would like to change like being able to change the title of the change order numbers for the customer. As well as the ability to input more than two decimal points on numbers.

> Overall, Contractor Foreman works well for what we need it to there are just a few things I would tweak on it so it would fit better with what we need to input.
