They work closely with us to resolve problems and to tailor the platform to meet our needs. They have even worked with us on some custom solutions that were later rolled out as platform features\! > > **Inconvénients**: It took them a very long time to release a donor portal even though we had been asking for one for years. The one they now have is a bit limited, but I am hoping it will be come more robust with time so our donors and self-service their recurring donations more easily and get copies of receipts. > > We have been able to leverage Funraise to boost our Digital Fundraising program over the last 9 years. Today, we use the Funraise platform to solicit one-time gifts, monthly subscriptions, run emergency campaigns, host P2P fundraising, support Corporate Partnerships, and host small cultivation and fundraising events. It integrates with our Salesforce environment in a very robust way so we get a 360 degree view of our donors. In 2024, after receiving a huge charge because we did not process enough donations in the year, we contacted Funraise and cancelled. I just received the same huge charge even though we have not fundraised or received funds for over 2 years.
