> **Avantages**: J'utilise Salon Iris depuis environ 4 ans maintenant. Il a fait des merveilles pour moi, passant d'une simple consultation papier à la numérisation de mes rendez-vous.
Le service client est un jeu d'enfant (la plupart du temps), et l'attente est courte.

> **Inconvénients**: J'aimerais ajouter deux éléments importants à ce logiciel, qui deviendrait alors le meilleur logiciel de spa du marché : une meilleure option de réservation en ligne, ainsi qu'un enregistrement des admissions et des soins.

Also the merchant hat they make you use is dated and you have to do a compliance questionnaire often or they will charge you 20.00 a month extra. They wanted to charge me 700.00 for a credit card swiper so I switched to another booking site that has more modern digestives and way less hassle.

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes the system doesnt send the  reminders to the client.  When this happens it can cause confusion for the client. Also i have experienced the system sending the client the wrong appointment day which also causes confusion. Fortunately this is very rare

> My overall experience has been great. I have been using this app for many years as my only scheduler. I tried a different scheduler once and came back to this one. Daysmart is user friendly and affordable.

From the scary moments of letting go of your paper appointment book you've been clutching for over 20 years, to the easy transfer of clients, services, inventory all in one place. With all the different features, options and price points it made choosing the right product for my business. I am a forever customer of this product as it gives my clients and myself a great sense of security on day to day activities and appointments.

> **Inconvénients**: There is not much to complain about but the only few things that come to mind is that I (operator) does not get notified if I have any cancelations or changes to my schedule. 
Additionally I don't like that I don't have the option to expand the schedule to full screen .
These may all be operator related and I just have to learn these features still
