I would suggest it to any person who sells software or anything that that can be demonstrated by a screen recording
Avantages
I find it very useful to answer questions about ResDiary, a prospect will email me or text me a question and I will reply with a short explainer video. E.g “how can I handle deposits via ResDiary”
2)I find it useful because it helps me to give shorter demos, I typically send a prospect 2 videos before I do a resdiary demo, “one called 6 different ways to take an online reservation” and one called “ResDiary pricing explainer video”- if the prospect watches the videos before the demo it speeds things up
3)I use it to record videos showing prospects how to fill in the steps to sign up.
4) I have had a handful of prospects who signed up without doing a demo based on the strength of the demo videos I have done
Inconvénients
it can be buggy sometimes, it sometimes takes more than 1 attempt to record a video and this slows things down

I've had an excellent overall experience with Consensus; it is a effective way to share recorded video content with prospects and clients.
Avantages
I love the ability to send overview and feature specific product videos to clients. As well, I love that Consensus captures recipient view analytics which is insightful and informative.
Inconvénients
Building custom demo boards is tedious and time-consuming. Deeper integration with Salesforce would be helpful.

Overall, this tool has saved so much time and added value to the product I sell. The simplicity of adding Consensus to an email when demos are the number 1 request I get from customers.
Avantages
What I appreciate most about Consensus is the time that it saves me. Instead of having to go through the trouble of setting up a call with my customers, nonetheless, find the time to do so, and then providing them a demo. Instead, I can send them Consensus and they can watch on their own timeline.
Inconvénients
Sometimes my customers do not like resources coming from a different vendor. I simply can reassure them that it's only a platform we use to provide our demos!

Overall the experience with consensus is good. being able to see real time updates weather a client has viewed your consensus is honestly fantastic. However, i think that there are too much clicking at the start before sending consensus through which can be a bit annoying if you are sending through to a lot of clients
Avantages
I like consensus a lot because of the direct feedback and real time updates on clients. I can see who has viewed my consensus and can easily reach out back to them.
Inconvénients
A lot of typing initially to put through client's information. i believe it can be shorten. For example, i need a demo name almost twice. i believe this can be reduced.

Overall, Consensus has been a great addition to my day to day sales process. It helps me engage with customers in a more personal and flexible way, gives me visibility into who’s really interested, and saves a lot of time compared to running full demos for everyone. It’s definitely helped me move deals forward faster and have more meaningful conversations with the right people.
Avantages
What I like most about Consensus is how easy it makes it to get relevant content in front of my customers. A lot of the leaders I speak with, especially in law firms, don’t have time for a full demo, so being able to send them short, tailored snippets is a game changer. It helps me keep the momentum going in deals and gives buyers the flexibility to explore in their own time. I also really like the reporting and demolytics side, I can see who’s engaging, which features get the most attention, and even discover new stakeholders I didn’t know were part of the decision process. It’s been a really useful way to understand buyer interests and tailor my approach accordingly.
Inconvénients
There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially when building out more complex demo flows or managing a lot of content at once. It took me a little time to get fully comfortable navigating the content management side and organising everything efficiently. Once you get the hang of it, it is pretty straightforward and easy to use day to day.
