Tous nos collaborateurs l'utilisent quotidiennement et peuvent généralement utiliser toutes les fonctions nécessaires avec une formation limitée. Le prix est raisonnable et l'assistance est de qualité. Ils sont sympathiques et comprennent les problèmes. > > **Inconvénients**: Nous avons constaté plusieurs limitations dans notre centre de conseil : 1) nous recevons plusieurs membres d'une même famille avec différents conseillers. Il est impossible de créer plusieurs comptes avec une même adresse e-mail. Ainsi, si un seul parent et deux enfants doivent être suivis, nous devons faire preuve de créativité pour leur transmettre les documents d'admission. 2) Certains formulaires ne sont pas personnalisables. Nous avons essayé d'utiliser nos propres plans d'admission et de traitement, mais ils n'étaient pas compatibles avec les autres fonctionnalités. Nous sommes donc revenus à leurs formulaires, mais ils ne sont pas au format requis pour Medicaid et pour nos propres besoins. 3) nous effectuons des évaluations pour suivre les progrès. Ils ont récemment ajouté quelques outils d'évaluation standardisés de base, mais nous préférerions utiliser les nôtres. Nous devons donc utiliser Survey Monkey pour cette fonction. En général, nous privilégions un produit plus adaptable aux besoins de notre programme, mais nous sommes conscients que cela coûterait beaucoup plus cher. I expressed this to them and they hung up on me. Scheduling is also an obvious big part of why I use this software, along with sending paperwork to clients. Customer service has been professional and attentive they also get back to me in a timely matter that has been a plus. > > **Inconvénients**: Im very frustrated that the scrolling features often do not work on my Android phone. In the early stages of using Theranest this was never an issue. Over the last year I have needed to connect with IT to try and resolve this. Solutions work for a season then stop working again. It is inconsistent in this "bug." Sometimes its the schedule that wont move, while currently it is when I want to write notes, it wont scroll \[in fact its doing right now in checking it...scrolls for a second then freezes\]. This problem alone often makes me question continuing with the product as it needs to be smartphone compatible and dependable, it is super frustrating. Additionally, this year I received a 1099 with my personal name and not my company name. This was due \[I think\] to the switch over from Vantage to Ensura. Im not sure why or how this occurred. After several emails I think it should resolve itself next tax cycle, but this was another weird frustration. I dont care who runs my credit card payments, but to not have it align with my company name seemed like a "dropped ball." Water under the bridge unless my 2026 tax information is wrong. > > Overall, I like Theranest and am happy with how it works when on my desktop and how it helps me run my business.
