I have found the custom reporting options to be extremely helpful and have saved me a lot of time. Anytime I have a question, the service team is great at providing support and are very knowledgeable. > > **Inconvénients**: It has only happened a few times in 5 years, but there has been poor communication with changes at times which can be frustrating. I also wish that some of the components of the software were available at a lower cost, so that we could benefit from them. I have had to turn around and go back to work so I can submit from my desktop. The mobile app does not allow us to perform that function. The other thing that is somewhat cumbersome is pulling reports. It works for very simple reports, but anything beyond simple requires a call to Paylocity for help. Would like to see more user friendly. > > The support is live and in real time. Pricing is great. User-friendly for admin and employees. It allows everyone in the company to stay connected. I like how at the bottom of time cards you can instantly see benefit balances. Paylocity is constantly making changes for optimal use that employees find themselves doing it with ease.
