It has delivered real value for money by automating repetitive scheduling and admin processes, we used to spend a good few hours a week on calculating time on jobs but Zapier has fixed this completely. In a previous job I built a lot of Zaps for customers, having the ability to copy workflows I've developed into their account was a massive win. > > **Inconvénients**: While the platform is powerful, pricing can become expensive as usage grows, granted when we’ve messed up and built costly Zaps they have been super accommodating and useful to fix them. Some integrations occasionally have limitations compared to native tools, which can require creative workarounds. I will say data management can be tricky until you get your head around tables.
