- L'interface de Zoho Project est très agréable, l'UI et l'UX sont bon rendant une expérience très agréable.- Zoho Project propose une version totalement gratuite permettant 2 projets et 3 utilisateurs maxi, ce qui permet de pourvoir tester le logiciel avant de passer à l'achat, c'est à dire l'offre premium.- Zoho permet d'organiser ma vie professionnelle, personnellement je ne pourrai plus m'en passer !- J'adore le fait de pouvoir choisir ses combinaisons de couleur et le "dark mode" cela permet de personnaliser son expérience.

- Personnellement j'adore Zoho Project mais si je devais cité un point négatif ça serait le service client qui est souvent assez difficile à joindre.

Zoho possède toutes les fonctionnalités requises pour un CRM: gestion de plusieurs projets en même temps, gestion facilitée des taches, possibilité d'avoir plus utilisateurs etc.

Cependant le gros point négatif de Zoho est l'interface: en effet rien n'est clair dans les intitulés et une fois que l'on se trouve devant la fenêtre qui nous intéresse on ne sait pas où cliquer. En résumé l'interface est beaucoup trop brouillon pour s'en servir convenablement.

Il suffit de créer les tickets et vous pouvez le faire avec toute l'équipe pour définir les priorité et mieux gérer les tâches et les projets. C'est simple et convivial.

Par contre, si vous avez besoin du service client de cette marque, vous devez faire preuve de beaucoup de patience.

Le service de support est relativement difficile à joindre

It has a simple and easy to use user interface. It allows you to create personalized designs that adapt to the particularities of each project. It facilitates the identification of problems and allows them to be listed for their orderly attention. Communication with team members is very effective with personal or group chat room.

The configuration to integrate it with some Zoho tools turned out to be a bit cumbersome. It is also bit slow to load the resources.

Zoho is one of the industry leaders for project management software. It is has many APIs able and offers a lot of flexibility. The program is fairly easy to use and intuitive.

There are some features missing that I would like to see and it can sometimes be more time consuming to enter tasks than I would like it to be.

There is very little, if anything about this product that is likable. I guess, if pushed, I would say the calendar feature and the forum features are interesting but by no means makes up for the lack of features overall of Zoho Project. We are a small to medium business that recently, and regrettably, transitioned from Harvest to Zoho. There is quite a gap in pricing between the two platforms but you get what you pay for, mainly how many users you have. Zoho Project feels more like a bata test platform, then an actual product that should be live and used by any business. If you are doing very basic project management, like planning a wedding or a home renovation this tool would be good for you. But why would you pay for it when you can get any template on-line for free. The only other "pros" I could manage to list is their support. They have a help representative chat feature which is good and they are responsive. Unfortunately for them and mean most of it was used to inform me that "that feature is currently not available". Overall go with Harvest!

Does not integrate with Quickbooks. Can not add basic client contact information. Can't view all invoices that are due or in draft form (they force you to use another one of their clunky platforms). The Zoho Dashboard is terribly unhelpful and uninformative. You can not run basic reports like; time reports for team members across projects, expenses, invoiced projects, etc. You can't even simply alphabetize Client Users, so as you add clients they are sorted by when you entered them, only. You can only export information in one format and the reports provide very little (helpful) information; for example if you want to export your Clients. The report that is generated only provides the internal Client ID#, Name, User Name, Email Address, Role, Invoice. It does not provide State/End Dates, what Projects are associated with Clients, any Budget information, and so on, and so on. Invoice, Expense, and Time information are shown and available only through each individual Project. You can not see all invoices due, total amounts out standing, or time sheets across Projects and Clients. You are forced to click into each individual project to access that information and once again, the reports you are able to generate are very limited. I could go on about all the "cons" associated with Zoho Project but I don't have time.

The features I like and use the most on Zoho Projects are the Task management and project management features. It helps me stay on task and organized.

The features I like least about Zoho Projects Time-lines. I have used other project tools that feature a better time-line design.

Editing the visualization of reports, unable to alter the charts as per my requirement, may be less knowledge on that part could be a reason but still there was no much options in the tool for the same.

Great System with many modules. Would recommend the system to people.

Paid system. It would be nice if the system had some free users for upto 20 users.

UI is too complex to train clients in US

Its easy of use and availability of timesheets. I can keep a track on the productive time of my team. We add our week's complete pipeline of tasks in Zoho projects and then assign them to different individuals. After that they can start and close the timer in the beginning and ending of the task. It also offers simple drag and drop features and therefore can be used by anyone.

One of the main disadvantage of Zoho projects is that you cannot add widgets, data, export tasksheets in the form of doc. It also quite expensive. Many other software are giving the same features at much lower price.

ZOHO projects have many great features, but one of my favorites is the option to personalize the parameters for project management. The part that allows for customization is elementary to use, but it also meets most of the needs that my company has for project management. I enjoy the functionalities, the facilities, and everything else that this program provides us with to manage a project. Those tools are beneficial and vital at the time to maintain a project and collaborate on it. I like all of the features that this software provides.

It might be challenging to make changes to Zoho prototypes. Its scalability is slightly limited for specific features due to the constraints. Although it helps establish projects, it does not have a platform for individual dialogue. People prefer not to lean on Zoho tasks to convert their work over to Spreadsheets to interact with other people since they find it cumbersome.
