Resource Guru - Avis

C'est tres bon logiciel qui permet de fair la gestion des Ressource human.

Je recommande ce tres bon logiciel au utilisateur. Tres sécurisé

Resource Guru is a very easy to use and intuitive tool, nice UI, easy filtering, able to see both planned and actually spent time on projects with easy reports on billable utilization. Everything a small to mid, even greater teams in number need for a hassle free planning and reporting on projects.

Nothing at all. It has no redeeming qualities.

Allows you to book time without tasks. When asked to change this was told couldn't because some companies want that function, ie it isn't an option as it should be. The drop downs are fiddle and make it easy to select a blank, but doesn't warn you. Can't toggle between scrolling list and typing to search without cl king out of area. You have a set number of hours per day you need to book but it doesn't highlight those that are short- you have to hover to see remaining time but that function doesn't work properly, resulting in multiple clicks to get it to trigger. Colour by project doesn't actually do it, I'm on 6 projects yet only see 2 colours. Can push to calendar but not pull- useless function as meetings are booked in calendar to allow invites, you want guru to pull that data in to autofill. Though it is web based it is impossible to use on a mobile. The popups are always off screen, making it impossible to use - mobile friendly websites have been around for a very long time, lazy to not have it here, particularly as would allow people who are on the road to log their time on he go.

Not worth the hassle even if free.

It is very easy to plan time for creatives and strategists, and the UX is extremely smooth. I also like how I can add a lot of project and clients so the plannings are super organized.

It is still missing a proper Project Management Tool

Does not work so well on my phone's browser.

Easy to use, organised, detailed, flexible, and thinks of all possible options to help with the efficiency of planning accurately across a small or large team.

The only thing we would rate negatively is that Resource Guru doesn't give you the option to tick off completed tasks.

There is not any con as such for resource guru

it is easy to use and with fast visual management

Easy to use and intuitive functionality. Unlike a lot of other management software, with Resource Guru it's clear and obvious how to use it and it's functionality and features. It's so simple yet usefull that all members of the team can pick it up quickly and use it daily.

It only really does one function. But it does that function very well instead of spreading itself to thin.

I like that I can see other colleagues schedules too as it means I can plan my time off and see who is on projects with me without having to go through others

Nothing! I love the filtering option in the schedule and the scheduling and calendar are the only features I tend to use and they're perfect.

Visually appealing, Ease of Use and affordability.

We did not have a way to see projects that may have been accidentally deleted. We ended up building a program that would track this. As of 2024, Resource Guru has made this programming change to their system. I'm excited to see how this will work.

Time report with Project classification help us to identify which resource is working on which Item , which enables more transparency.

Nothing as such, since I started using it recently.

Provides a good overall resourcing tool allowing us to manage the teams

Ease of use, I can look at my schedule daily and it only takes a few moments to know my day to day tasks.

Nothing, I have had no issues at all with Resource Guru

It's intuitive, so it's very quick to pick up and use

I haven't been able to take a snapshot or download a schedule... but that is probably because i am not on a higher level payment scheme

Tracking the work

Everything is good about Resource Guru.

It's extremely easy to use and has tons of helpful features like organizing by client, organizing by team, putting peoples "specialties" and so much more!

Being able to attach files would be nice! This could be helpful when assigned a project or training to have materials you need handy. In the mean time, we are able to link an outside source for documents witch works just fine. So really no complaints.

Nah I think everything is great. What could you really make better IMean it’s everything you need right there to get your week prepared

The way of design and the details available is quite useful.

There is nothing that I liked least in resource guru

The software is very easy to configure and use. It can also be integrated with other tools.

It does not provide mobile phone app services

I have not yet found any disadvantages for this software I use it normally
