Survey Anyplace is incredibly easy to set up and use. They offer a range of options to make the Survey more interactive and fun. They also have the option to run a competition or a reward porgram within a survey and this has been a great feature for us to engage with our users

There isnt much to not like with the product. Their pricing is reasonable for the features provided but I have noticed certain compatibility issues with some browser. Formatting changes come in without any notice.

Lack of multilanguage in Assessment Center.

As a dev what I like about this is that it is a no code option that can be fully implemented by the team that will ultimately be using it. That way the are the full owners of their solution.

Some fuctionalities could have a tutorial with examples that go a bit deeper.

We migrated from a very clunky bespoke product, prior to finding Survey Anyplace we had various quotes for a rebuild - the prices resembled telephone numbers !!

The team at SA were able to replicate our entire platform and integrate it to our WordPress site in a matter of weeks !!

What I like most is the report function. In particular, the relaunch of this function is very intuitive to use. In addition, an extremely large amount is possible, especially through the use of variables. The great depth of functionality combined with the simplicity of the application convince me a lot.In addition, the support is quick to respond and has always been able to help me very well. In connection with this, the "library" of tips and tricks is also really helpful. If you search a bit here, you will find good guides on all topics that instruct you on how to do what.

What bothers me is that the website often hangs or takes a long time to load, which is most likely not due to my PC or internet connection.

I'm not tech savvy at all, pointerpro enables me to create professional surveys and forms efficiently. I've had excellent feedback and now have had companies request to licence our survey for their own use.

For the purposes I use the software, all are covered.

Powerful tool that enabled me to translate my knowledge and experience into an Assessment Tool that can be leveraged by others. Comprehensive functionality means that I managed to achieve more than I imagine was possible using this kind of tool.

Would like a more simple user interface and the 'help' section could be better.

I liked the efficient and fast setup for a survey, I never used the tool but was able to set up a questionnaire consisting of 12 questions in about 30 minutes. This is a huge time factor in my opinion.

Nothing so far I really enjoyed using the app.

It can build sliding scale assessments.
This means you can have questions that people rate themselves then PointerPro adds up the scores.
It can also give outcomes depending on the scores.

It is a bit overwhelming on th backend to do this.
It takes a while to get a feel for the settings that have to be in place for the assessments to work properly.
Some of the naming of particular features that are required are somewhat hard to interpret and required testing to find out what they did.

The software does everything you need and didn’t know you needed.

It’s a steep learning curve! Without the excellent and free, unlimited tech support team I would have given up on this product. White label costs are expensive.

Survey Anyplace truly states their purpose. Their surveys are so easy to access & respond to from anywhere. We've seem massive success so far & plan to expand our mobile survey initiative.

At first we were worried that Survey Anyplace might not be right for us but we've quickly learned our users love using them & we've seen an increase in participation. Additionally, their customer service is phenomenal & it's very clear they're always looking for ways to make the experience better.

Its flexibility and ability to do almost anything with this. From surveys, to feedback questionnaire, to performance reviews... we can do it all with this software.

Its user interface. It takes awhile to learn how to use this software, but once we learn it, it becomes great

Survey Anyplace is a user-friendly and intuitive tool. It has a lot of interesting features and a nice look and feel. When I have an issue with a survey I like to use the customer service chatbot which is very effective.

The one thing I miss is the possibility to add a question when a certain answer is selected.

Simple and intuitive UX. It feels smooth for the customers and very bealtiful. It´s possible to receive pictures directly on the form.

Definitely it could be more affordable. Also I'd like to integrate it with Google Spreadsheets more easily.

I use the enterprise solution fro Survey Anyplace because of its ability to do more than any other survey website on the market. I was able to create a customized, responsive backend combined with a clean front end that automatically generates reports and sends them to clients. The company is responsive, engaged, and seek to understand the intricacies of your product.

The only thing I can't do that I would like to is online payment integration - ie, "to get your full report, pay now..." type stuff. But even then, they offered to help me build it, I just decided to hold off on that.
