Facile à utiliser et doté d'une grande fonctionnalités pour simplifier le travail, gagner du temps, gérer les leads et permettent également d'établir les factures de comptabilité et finance , d'effectuer les paiements , en offrant le meilleur service à ces clients . Mon expérience avec ce logiciel a été très propre avec les entreprises . Je le conseille aux autres prospects de l'utiliser

Avec Kickserv j'ai planifié des programmes et bien travailler dans l'entreprise avec les prospects . Jusque là je n'ai pas rencontré de problème, ce qui fait je le propose aux entreprises

The old system service psychic was very useful and user-friendly. The new software is terrible.

Avantages

The calendar is the biggest strength of this program. I like being able to use colors for different types of jobs. Also when you move something on the calendar it automatically updates. Our new software does not do that and I miss it. Service psychic used to be very easy to add people into the system and get them scheduled. Kick serve was not. The quick add was a great function when we were at tradeshows or when you're on the phone with a customer.

Inconvénients

The reporting is near worthless. None of the reports are ever accurate, and trying to get someone to help you make them accurate was like banging your head against a wall. The system was incredibly unreliable It is constantly going down. For a web-based system, businesses rely on its functionality during business hours. We had many days of inability to use the system. They're always seem to be some reason why it crashed. The system was much much better when it was service sidekick. We had to build a salesforce software system because it was so dysfunctional. The customer service was also incredibly bad.

We migrated hundreds of our original customers from our legacy system to Kickserv starting in April 2017 through May 2017. We inherited some issues that we certainly should have anticipated or planned for. We did find a couple processing issues bringing on all those older accounts so quickly. We have since cleared those problems and added many more resources to handle much more growth.
We sincerely apologize to all our loyal customers for enduring those weeks of processing delays.

I wish I could modify some of the forms. The font is so small many of my customers are older and can’t read it very well.

Inconvénients

The reports could be more user friendly. It's not always the easiest to decifer how I can get just a P/L number for the jobs entered.

Easy appointment scheduling, which is our main goal. We do not use it for tech in the field, but we do print our work orders for them. Customer service is quick.

Avantages

Ease of appointments and overall layout of the calendar makes using the appointments end of the program easy.

Inconvénients

We back all of our info into Quickbooks. You can not start an estimate in kickserv and sync it to QB. Only invoicing can be synced. If you do an invoice and sync it in kickserv, you can not make a change to the invoice on the kickserv side.

It is a solid choice for the price. It makes keeping track of all our jobs possible and is a great step up from paper or spreadsheets. I feel it is priced fairly.

Avantages

Capturing all the jobs we have on the go, being able to catergorize them by type, and by status (unscheduled, scheduled, in progress, on hold, completed) really helps on the backend to keep invoices moving out.

Inconvénients

Individual asset/equipment history would definitely be useful.

Kickserv has streamlined my service-based business. It's easy to use for dispatching and task reminders. It also syncs with my bookkeeping software, google calendar, reputation management software and Stripe.

Avantages

It is easy to start using the kickserv system, especially since they have such a phenomenal support staff

Inconvénients

I have used this software for over 8 years and the ONLY thing I still would like to see is a more robust search ability. For example, if I were to look for every job that I did "carpet cleaning," I would get a list (instead of having to pull a report).

Just having everything in one place is great! My boss has more experience with account management software and he really likes this one. He likes they are updating their software frequently and adding new features that help us, like the dispatch and map feature.Early on, I talked/chatted with your customer service reps and asked a million questions. They were great and were very patient with me. I haven't had to bother them as much lately, but they are always accessible and helpful.

Avantages

Easy to use.Easy to change products and prices.Love the reminders option and scheduling option.Love the response time and advice from the team when I ask crazy questions!

Inconvénients

The mobile part of the software could use some help, from our perspective. We have issues with attachments and being able to view them in the field. We realize that some of our issues could be user error.

Kickserv is easy to use and easy to learn. It has more than enough functionality for my small business and integrates well with the Stripe payment system. The scheduling and calendar feature are extremely useful in daily planning.

Inconvénients

The home page is useless. Some of the reporting functions need work.

Shane - that is sort of an unofficial motto "it's that easy". And the fact you are finding that collecting your money is a snap using Stripe is great news. The dashboard of the application is for the owner to manage their Customer flow line (Opportunity > won > job > follow-up > invoicing > to collecting payment). The biggest benefit is time saved. We run a small, family locksmith business. My husband and son are out on the road and I'm in the office. We've expanded into a home watch business as well. Kickserv is very efficient and cut my labor time by at least a third. Plus, the techs out on the road can pull it up on their phones and don't have to call in to ask questions about jobs.

Avantages

Ease of use. We looked at several options and Kickserv has the best quality for the price. We use the product differently than intended. The color coding intended for services we use for our technicians. I look at the calendar and I can see where each one is by the color. We do use some colors for services such as active jobs or jobs on hold. Kickserv integrates smoothly with QuickBooks online which saves a lot of time and work. We do our invoicing in Kickserv and it syncs with QB immediately.

Inconvénients

I can't think of anything right now that I'd change.

The best thing we have done for our company

Avantages

I don't have any specific "pros" to mention about this software, we love everything about it. Kickserv helped us do away with bulky job files, helps us manage weekly timecards for our technicians, gives our customers access to all of their job history and makes life in the office so much easier.

Inconvénients

I have yet to find anything that I do not like about Kickserv.

I tested several work order managment products before choosing Kickserv as my platfoem. Makes scheduling, timecards, and customer history a non headache for me and my business. Totally love the product!!

Avantages

Kickserv is great for customer managment. Easily see past and future work orders for all customers. Love the ability to add attachments to customer profile and work orders. Great database.

Inconvénients

I have no dislikes. I would like to have the ability to select which items are shared per work order via the customer portal.

I like the app the most. Our techs can see the work order notes and attachments all on their phones.

I wish i could search for a PO #. I add expenses in each work order and I wish i could use the PO # in the search bar.

It is quite user friendly and if you do not understand something - ask customer support and they will reeply within the hour typically within a couple minutes.

Inconvénients

The cellphone version is still a work in progress - It works great for basic scheduling, but you can't schedule reminders, for instance, other than through a computer.

We use KickServ to schedule field engineers for analysis and to generate our invoices and estimates. It works well for our current needs, though there are some small functionalities I wish would change. On the bright side, it's always improving - please keep the updates rolling out!

Avantages

The customer service is excellent. Whenever I have a question, someone gets ahold of me within in an hour (or usually less), and they'll follow up within a day or two to make sure you're doing well. The software is also constantly improving with new upgrades.

Inconvénients

When using the program with QuickBooks, it doesn't always sync the way I'd like it to. Once a contact is in, I can't edit the contact information, which is a pain when we have multiple customers from the same overall client company. There's always a little tweak here or there that I wish would change. However, the support team usually will assist with any problems.

I like mostly the mobile aspect of this system. It is great that the field reps can see everything on their mobile devices.

The reports are too complicated to get simple reports.

The software is easy to customize, makes training new employees much easier, and running reports is simple. The customer support team always makes us aware of any changes or down times, and is always responsive to any inquiries or issues we may have.

Avantages

The interface is extremely easy to use, and maneuver through. It is also very simple to create your own custom fields, reports, and track data.

Inconvénients

There is no way to track inventory, and modifying customized work orders can sometimes be a nuisance.

Thank you very much for your time and the review. Your viewpoints were insightful. We are happy to hear how easy it is for new users to learn the flow of Kickserv and get started.
We certainly do have inventory on our roadmap of feature requests. It remains a feature that our Quickbooks and Xero integrations do very well.
We should discuss how we can enhance the customization of templates such as work orders with each other. I'll reach out to you directly.
