Acumatica Cloud ERP - Avis

Le logiciel ERP par excellence ! Pour la PME dans laquelle je travaille, c'est le seul outil dont on ne pourrait se passer. Il gère absolument tout, de la gestion du stock aux commandes, de l'inventaire aux ressources humaines. Point supplémentaire pour l'équipe technique avec qui l'assistance technique est rapide et efficace.

Nous avons rencontrés quelques problèmes de synchronisation avec le cloud.

User friendly. Ease of using. All around great product.

Reports could be a little more user friendly and should be able to create new ones a little easier than we can at this time. Need to much support to create specialty reports. Sales tax reports should be a standard report for all companies.

Ease of Quoting and Billing. Interface of modules is straightforward. Opportunities and prospects are simple

Bugs in time and scheduling. The calendar view is not very friendly. Inconsistency of available items in Projects vs Quotes.

The ease of use and simplicity of the user interface. Very adaptable platform and has a growing API vendor list.

Not as intuitive and lacks a large community database of support. There also aren't enough people trained to build out the architecture and a large dependence on 3rd party implementation/support.

The system is very user friendly. Most of the screens have the ability to download to excel.

The financial reporting could be improved. We are using the Velixo add on which gives us much more flexibility.

Pace of new development and available functionality

Upgrade Complexity and requirement for customisation for workflow changes

Integrated Inventory/Job Costing system.

Useless for proper accounting system. Leaves a lot to be desired.

1.Ability to track projects at plantations per block of plants. It allows management and production team to analyse profitability further by having smaller P&Ls per block.
2. Customisation

The default template in the system for inventory does not allow capturing different items issued out of stock on different date so further customisation is required.

Cumbersome - Some modules don't deliver utility
Difficult to adopt without the correct partner.
Support is slow.

Cloud based so that it is easy to access from anywhere, but also a plethora of security options such as MFA and IP access restrictions means it can be made secure as well. Extremely customizable, pretty much any page or screen you encounter can be changed to better match the needs of your users. Features a built in reporting option that makes creating financial reports a breeze, and a downloadable report designer to handle any sort of complex reports. Highly customizable in regards to it's ability to import information from external systems as well as it's ability to export.

No necessarily a con for ourselves but the highly customizable nature of Acumatica may mean that some customers may not be able to take full advantage of the system without a skilled technical users on staff. Additionally Acumatica does not feature a Canadian payroll module yet and we need a 3rd party software to make up the difference.

Having a native cloud based software is an advantage.

CRM is terrible and requires significant user input to generate important data. Manufacturing module is sold as robust but lacks several key features. Software requires significant "customization" to be impactful, user must verify that "customization" still works after every upgrade which is time consuming. Service Support module seems new and has required significant time to implement.

According to me the most strong point of Acumatica Cloud ERP is its Warehouse management and its integration with other systems like inventory and purchasing systems.

Very few knowledge base materials are available in internet or Youtubes.

Acumatica Cloud ERP has made the process of inventory management straightforward and there is no storage wastage.

Acumatica Cloud ERP has improvised all the operational proficiency.

Acumatica is highly customizable and has a great support team. There is also alot of information available through Acumatica's learning material as well as forums where many answers are found.

The most difficult part of Acumatica is if it's not fully brought on board and understood from the start, the cusomizations applied to the structure end up costing both time and money, because with each update, there's extra work to keep everything functioning the same. But, if you've got someone on your team who understands these sort of customizable cloud ERP systems, and the company, and this person is able to determine that Acumatica is a great fit, this is a great product for sure.

Takes awhile to think "like acumatica" many items are odd in the ui to start

User interface is somewhat user-friendly. Wikis are helpful.

Can be very hard to work with in a custom instance. Many modifications and customizations had to be made so that our organization could track inventory correctly on a item/strain basis.

Better supporting documentation and resources.

Many processes are streamlined and delivered with documentation and unique added features not normally provided by ERP vendors.

Some of the error messages are still being developed so they can be archaic at times. (not a lot).

I like that it syncs well with Aspire. We love the reporting - our rep at High Touch helped greatly to set up the entire system and reports.

The credit receipts from Aspire do not sync over to Acumatica. This should be rectified sooner rather than later. Also, writing reports is not easy; we used our rep at High Touch to write all the reports.

There is Stability and ease of use - customization ability

Slowness after time - GI screens take a long time to pull up all data when searching

The scalability through customizations is wonderful. You really can change the system to look and function exactly how you want.

The vastness can be overwhelming for new users.

Nothing outstanding. Support is fair. Screens OK.

Horrible inventory control features. Poor report functions

Acumatica has really changed our business for the better. From sales order to inventory management we have full transparency which enables us to better serve our customers.

When updates go live customizations get turned off every time which causes issues within our business.
