While we don’t currently offer document signing, we’ve recently launched a comprehensive company and employee file management system. It includes features like expiring document alerts, AI-generated document summaries, and more to make file management even easier. And document signing is coming up in 2025!

Regarding visibility of employee data, admins and HR managers have full control to ensure only essential information is visible in employee profiles. They can also create custom fields to collect additional data important to the company while managing who has access to those fields.

We do offer the option to customize time periods during PTO requests, allowing for entries such as 0.2 - or similar - working days, in addition to full and half day requests. This feature might help streamline how you track time without needing an additional spreadsheet.
