The program integrates most vendors for time and cost savings. Extremely simple to use makes it even better.

I would like to see all information carried over from vendors own site. It seems some information or parts don't always pull over top give us all options. I would also as an admin see all use of my employees.

integrates with my shop management, shows all my parts suppliers in one spot.

search results are limited, and i've run into issues not being able to find correct parts or just not showed on search results but are shown when searching directly at vendor outlet (napa prolink or speeddial) i still have issues with correct inventory location, I can never trust that (unless it's in stock locally). and the last month or so, its has hang ups or freezes when adding parts to cart (specifically worldpac) or when checking out.

Easy to navigate to shop cost comparison saving money and time

Does not always show complete vendor inventory and does not always show pictures of parts (mostly O'Reillys)

It is really benificial to shop multiple venders at the same time.

You cannot change the warehouse when submitting orders through Tekmetric, when you place the order through Tekmetric that you have quoted. Some FMP warehouses are quicker than others, and partstech chooses a default for you.

The program allows me to check the inventory, brand, and price all from one page. Then, I can submit the order online. In addition, the search bar is beneficial in that you can cross-reference OE part numbers or other brands to find the correct part.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about the program.

Partstech is extremely user friendly and truly caters to our shops needs and wants.

The software can be glitchy with integrations being slow intermittently. Often the suppliers are at fault to my understanding.

The ease of getting parts on tickets and seeing how has what.

Would like to be able to see where stuff is coming from and not say in network.

Integration was easy. This makes preparing estimates and ordering parts so much better. We can see five suppliers at a time and all their inventory/pricing.

Sometimes there are interruptions in the connection with certain parts suppliers. However, this seems like an issue with the individual suppliers, not necessarily a parts tech issue

Integrates nicely with our SMS. Works nicely as a stand-alone product as well.

Integration with World-Pac would be nice. Overnight shipping expense management would be a nice feature. Multiple vendors with shipping from various warehouses leave us with a lot of manual orders. Getting local dealer catalogs into the system would also be a great help.

After using a prior industry standard and switching to this product life has become SO much easier. Implementing the product was easy, as is using it. Most of all I have seen record sales since implementing.

Probably too many clicks to get what I want.

The ease of providing estimates and the lookup of available parts

When a job is initially declined and the customer comes back a week later to have the repairs, the amount of the job differs due to taxes.

We like the fact that we can pull up multiple vendors all on one page in order to find the right part at the right price.

In the beginning we weren't able to see all the part lines but that was an issue with the vendors line codes that Partstech handled.

It does not prioritize the parts that we select like tekmetric said it would. We only buy two types of brake parts, one brand of hose etc from a vendor yet it shows other parts brands above the ones we always buy .

Parts Tech was easy to integrate and pretty user friendly.

All the "Notes" for each part that transfer over into our Shop Monkey work orders are redundant and super annoying. PLEASE GET RID OF THIS FEATURE!!!! If we order a "Precision Fuel Pumps Fuel Pump Module Assembly" the note "Fuel Pump Module Assembly" shows up on the same line item. It then must be deleted. PLEASE GET RID OF THIS FEATURE!!!

Works both integrated with Tekmetric and stand alone.

The tire look up feature should be an integrated part of the system even if its a few dollars more.

Easy to check on pricing from multiple sources

Sometimes integrations will not load and then we have to resort to calling or using the parts house website.

It easily integrates and adds parts to my tickets

Doesn't recognize all vin numbers and dorman parts don't integrate all the time.

Quickly pulls product from all vendors allowing to see availability and prices to make the best decision.

Can be hard at times to lookup certain parts without using keywords partstech is supportive of.

Easy to use. Easy to train my guys on! If one store doesn't have what I'm looking for I can tab over and shop another store.

No, I feel like Partstech has a great system in place.
