La communication post onboarding et nottamment sur des étapes clés comme la fin de la période d'essai, la fin de contrat ou le remboursement du dépôt, est mauvaise. Les réponses sont souvent vagues, pas clairs du tout, à se renvoyer la balle entre collègue et tardives, ce qui complique considérablement ces démarches pour nous pourtant cruciales. Aucune communication par téléphone qui raccourcirait grandement le traitement.
Après l'onboarding, le support client s'est avéré plus que décevant. En plus, le chargé de compte, après plusieurs mois d'absence, a soudainement réclamé des pénalités de retard de manière insistante. Ca donne vraiment l'impression que cette société c'est son revenu et le reste on s'en fou.

Côté plateforme, comme leur support elle est alambiqué, compliquée pour rien de trouver l'information. Nous avons opté pour une solution alternative, bien plus intuitive et efficace.

La plupart du temps, l'outil fait ce pourquoi il a été conçu. Si vous avez des employées à l'étranger vous allez mieux exploiter son potentiel. L'interface est simple et l'expérience est plutôt interressante.

Je pense qu'il y a du travail à faire concernant les fonctionnalités. Des bugs surviennent parfois et donnent l'impression d'être en fac d'un produit beta. Pas d'essai gratuit, pas de version gratuite !

Très facile d'utilisation et beaucoup d'options pour les retraits. En outre, on peut choisir de retirer 25% dans le compte A et 75% dans le compte B. Génial!

J'aimerais que Deel soit une application.

Rien cet outil est une catastrophe de rigidité

Catastrophique. 2 semaines pour des allers retours stériles pour simplement envoyer un plan de commission à des sales, après qu’ils aient validé l’offre.

Les fonctionnalités que j' ai le plus aimé chez ce logiciel sont là gestion d'équipement et les options d'achat d'actions. Je pense que c'est un grand avantage pour nous les utilisateurs

Pas d'inconvénients particulier. Il est très facile à utilisé

One thing I like with deal is it’s ssl security which gives me a peace of mind that both my information and assets are secure. The user interface is easy to navigate and it gives multiple withdrawals options that basically suits anyone anywhere.

Ver good customer support although there is still room to improve the ETR.

Transactions are relieable and fast. They ask me to write more positive things about Deel but I can’t find any, sorry.

I wish I could only give one star. I was waiting over 3 business days until my situation was fixed. The team is working super slowly and most of them are bots, if you’re asking for help. I can’t recommend the customer service. And for anything else, they don’t really trying to help you.

Besides all the Withdrawal options, the customer support is always up to the task. They respond fast and they always assure an immediate solution.

Not being able to add balance to DEEL balance from an external account and not being able to add balance to DEEL's card from another bank account.

I like Deel a lot because the page and function are quite clear.

Ease of setting up multi-country payroll and payment reception in multiple currencies. Website is very easy to navigate and find any option that is required. Deel offers wide vareity of withdrawal options such as Paypal, payooner, local and international bank transfers, crypto wallet transfers etc... which is very useful and convenient.

Transaction fee could be a little lower especially conversion fee to different payment options.

It's very user-friendly and straightforward. The dashboard offers just enough views for a user to understand the services they offer.

I also like the card and advance option since it gives me the ability to make purchases in USD without the need to convert.

Once the money is out, you won't be able to put it back in. I thought this was something I could do since I needed to use the card for USD transactions.

What I like best about Deel is the simplicity and efficiency with which they manage international payments. I don't have to worry about complicated issues like contracts or tax regulations. Every month I receive my money promptly and in the way I prefer.

The only thing that could be improved is the variety of integrations with other tools I use in my daily work.

I like how transparent it is to see when your money is coming, as well as the different perks, and options when it comes to withdrawing funds. The virtual card feature is pretty cool too!

I tried applying for the DEEL physical card but while it did say it shipped to Belize, I'm not sure where its shipping and where, and where its taking the funds from. Its pretty vague.

To have it all in there, being able to manage all your contracts, agreements, freelance jobs, and getting paid within the same platform. Also some external features for digital nomads such as perks.

Not having a mobile app yet, which will make things easier but I'm sure they are developing it right now.

Easy of usage. Deel platform is extremely user friendly and also provide advance money feature that makes it more attractive for users.

Nothing. Everything is good. Deel platform provides multiple services and helps users and employers in managing important activities

Amazing platform to use when you need to create contracts to work abroad.
It is easy to use and display all relevant informations that you must have when you have a work contract.

I'd like Deel to include inside, their own plaform with reduced fees, just to avoid a third party global accounts, necessary to reduce fees. Why not a full fledge app and what if this app offered better options to avoid fees altogether?
