The next best thing is the ability to quickly paste EG/FG surfaces without having to take off each individual grade line, which saves a massive amount of time and eliminates repetitive work. Beyond those top two, InSite delivers excellent value for the money, especially considering how capable and consistent the software is compared to other takeoff platforms. I also appreciate the emphasis on data security, giving me confidence that project files and sensitive information are handled responsibly. The report generation tools are another major advantage—being able to print clean, organized takeoffs and provide clients with accurate totals adds a lot of professionalism to our deliverables. From an estimating perspective, InSite Elevation Pro significantly speeds up takeoff time and provides all the data needed to assemble a complete, accurate, and competitive bid.
