It was a straight forward process to migrate out of old HR system.

A very functional system for employees to monitor their own PTO and request time off.

The embedded "time clock" system, which can be regulated by IP number is also effective.

It sometimes takes employees a while to click their way into the time off request forms, and likewise, it's easy to forget where to go to approve time off request.

Ease of adding new employees. Ease of clocking in and out by employees.

The inability to track attendance. The inability to track vacation if not processed by an employee request.

The multi-function capability of the platform is very useful. From HR to onboarding to time-tracking and time off requests and even team member check in

Some integration issues with Quickbooks but it isn't a huge issue. Usually easily fixed

When team gets work, they can accept, easy.

When doing changes in the app for employees to accept the new changes it’s harder.

The ease of uploading your employee list right into the system, and edit as much as needed. Also, being able to save all of your policies and rules including time off, PTO and sick pay.

I can not think of anything I do not like. Every part of WorkforceHub is convenient and user friendly.

Quick and convenient way to clock in. For my application all I need is wifi.

once in a while it will miss a punch but I think it may be my internet connection.

Easy to guide new employees through the portal.

Not being able to see adjustments made manually.

I love that it is really user friendly. Everything is pretty straight forward.

Sometimes I think it glitches so I think I've clocked in but haven't. But I think that is more likely my computer that is glitching

It did the job to allow me to access email from another company, but that was it

almost everything. it was very hard to connect to. It kept saying my computer had issues and would run me into circles when trying to log in. It acted as if I needed to download something but when I did, didn't seem to recognize that step was completed

That is it has PTO and time tracking in one system vs using multiple systems

1) That we are not able to have a free admin accounts for multiple admins. 2) The training would be more applicable if we were able to access the system and trial things during the instruction; it was very confusing trying to set things up on our own after. 3) Steps to download and send to accounting is confusing and we thought it would be easy since our accoutant has accountants world but did not work since we were not able to access and change information (addresses, etc). 4) Wish things were more visually appealing and employee time tracking and time off were in one area instead of seperate places; as well as a different place to make additions to PTO etc.

It's easy to navigate through and add and term employees.

I haven't really found anything that I don't like about it

The ease of use, how it syncs with our payroll company, the easy to use reports, and date tracking for accounting purposes. We use it for onboarding new staff, time sheets and scheduling.

I have not found anything negative about this program.

It has an app that can be used from wherever. Editing profiles is pretty easy.

People's punches don't always get taken, the app goes black for hours sometimes, a lot of people get locked out frequently and I have to send a password reset email. It does not have geo fence capability for clocking in and out within certain distance of the office. The way the notes appear on the timesheet can be confusing because there is not bold separation between days.

I like the fact that all my employees can see the hours they have logged per day on their cell phones.

It's all good. No real cons for me. It's a good program.

The ability to use "Timeclock Day View", the view we had access to using SwipeClock.

Inconsistency in program functions and consistently needing to submit help desk tickets after being in the program for over a year.

User interface makes it easy to use on mobile devices.

Unable to use it when there is no cellular connection.

It's very easy to use on the most part. Really like the Applicant Stack that will roll over into Swipeclock when a person is hired. The Workforce Hub team does answer me back on a timely basis.

It doesn't do somethings that my current software does but they are checking into it to see if it is doable.

I really do not have any issues with using the WorkforceHub Swipeclock system. I feel that it is pretty easy to use and navigate.

Being able to create custom reports without requesting assistance from WorkforceHub customer support would be great. For example I am still sending requests to get pay period timecards for the entire company emailed to me.

Overall, WorkforceHub is very easy to use once you get a feel for the system. The app is the best we have ever used. Support is fast and easy to contact.
