Have used this now for over 2 years and it is far superior to other sites we have used, be it easier and the data you can get from it is excellent.
Avantages
Easy to operate and supply all the information along with receipts to Head Office. It even tells you if you have submitted a receipt twice.
Inconvénients
Uploading receipts can be a bit clunky and could be done from the main screen.

I think the mileage map shouldn't pick the shortest route at every point- it's very rare that route has been used- think there should be a 10 mile overage allowance before it's marked as red

Overall experience is good but I think some features could be improved to make it quicker and more automated for the user.
Avantages
The mobile app and the desktop link well. The automatic search of receipts has improved significantly over the last couple of years.
Inconvénients
It would be great if some of the tabs automatically populated fields from past entries such as the attendees tab.

The reminder to submit comes too late in the month for my company, so the deadline has already passed when I get this.

Inconvénients
Doesn't give actual amount claimed - this maybe the way the company have set it up.
The print summary does not include the hours claimed

Frustrating. Inefficient. Clunky. Not well programmed.

Avantages
Not a lot. It hasnt crashed or lost items. But thats about it.
Inconvénients
Its clunky, awkward, and aimply fails as a time saver. Other products are ligjt years better. Worst of all trying to record receipts and transactions as you go simply doesnt work properly when its time to reconcile and submit a report.

It would be a good system if the features would work. The inaccuracy of maps makes it hard to plan routes and most times impossible with multiple stops. The app can't attach claims to receipts. It's very annoying to capture receipts via the app and then needing to log in the desktop to associate with the claim.
Avantages
Clear structure on screen, easy to follow the claims status
Inconvénients
Maps don't work with multiple stop routes and highly inaccurate locations. Mobile phone app several bugs.

Avantages
The UI is very easy to understand. Without any training, I was able to learn the system quickly.
Inconvénients
Attaching receipts to expenses is more fiddly than it needs to be. This might be due to the lack of training.

My overall experience with Webexpenses is good and I genuinely enjoy using it to submit my work related expenses. It's really simple to do and much easier compared to other expenses tools out there. I have colleagues who have to use different expenses systems and they absolutely hate them.
Avantages
I like how easy it is to submit expense claims without difficult tax codes.
Inconvénients
There was a period of time when Webexpenses had an issue with tax percentage amounts but that got fixed really quickly. Otherwise, no issues at all.

My overall experience with web expenses is a good one. It makes keeping track of travel expenses easy.
Avantages
Web expenses is very easy to use and navigate. previous and current claims are easily accessed and dates of last and previous items added are clearly visible. Doesn't take very long to add a new item to the claim and is also easy to access through the mobile app.
Inconvénients
very rarely we will experience web expenses not working. We are sometimes unable to add a new item to the claim when this happens. But it doesn't happen very often.

There are/ have been teething problems and you have to update or delete and reinstall in some cases. Overall it makes life quicker for myself and the accounts team.

Does not always read the correct date
Does not always recognise the correct amount when there are deductions
some files do not upload via the app have to be Jpeg or Pdf

Avantages
Linked desktop and mobile app makes it much easier to add items to a claim than before. Uploading receipts via the mobile app automatically inputs most of the required elements and makes the process much quicker.
Inconvénients
Viewing receipts linked to an item via the desktop site can be temperamental at times.

I find that the process of capturing claims and submitting them takes no time at all especially if I am on the road and working through the application on my phone.
Avantages
Very easy to use and extremely quick to submit expenses.
Historical claims are easy to retrieve.
Inconvénients
Nothing, everything works as expected and the process is easy to follow

Avantages
The ease of use, on the website. It is very simple to navigate.
Inconvénients
I don't like when you submit one line, that you cannot just automatically go to the next line. Also the app does not always synch with the web page.
