Entrata - Avis

The best part about Entrata is the fact that I do not need any other software. Entrata has everything you need to run your property. From being able to post your available apartments on Craigslist to scanning Invoices and payments. I love not having to have multiple software running at the same time just to do my everyday work.

Now that I rely on just Entrata, when something goes wrong it can take sometime to fix. This is mainly when it is a small issue that they are unaware of until we have to report it. Sometimes it is fixed rapidly but sometime we are waiting a week or so for the correction.

It is easy to use and easy to figure out.

* I want to see phone numbers on the search...don't make me open the file just to get the phone number. * I want to see the address for each home and it should show on work orders.<BTR>* Email integration does not make sense to me. I get the original email and then a copy in my inbox but I've got to reply inside Entrada. Since Entrada is web based and so is my email...link?

Friendly CRM tracking and user friendly!

Time out times are affecting the afternoon workload, around 4:30 PM.

User Friendly being my first time using this software, it has a great joy.

I have no complaints. The system is just great to have.

I like that Entrata can run detailed reports. I also like the work order function. I like that it helps our team have leads, payments, work orders, etc in one place.

Entrata has a big learning curve. The system can be overwhelming to learn at first.

User Experience & Versatile Functionality.

No Investor Management Software and many ticket erquests aren't fully resolved.

The quality & variety of reports available is great, I also like how customizable report formats are. Platform is relatively easy to navigate and has a lot of options.

Fairly steep learning curve - report contents are not well explained so you have to do a lot of digging around initially to find what you need.

I love how easy it is to navigate to different areas of the system in respect to what the resident needs.

It seemed to take forever to learn Entrata. There were so many tabs that it was overwhelming at first. However, now that I have the system down, it is actually a breeze and makes my job less complicated in so many ways.

I have been using Entrata at multiple properties with multiple property management firms, it really should be the industry standard with its easy to use interface and functions.

Very rarely do I have any technical issues with Entrata, although the support team is the first point of contact to reach me before my in house IT support team.

everything it makes work so much easier once properly trained.

the learning process took a minute to learn but i under stood what i wa sto be doing it got easier every day.

I like how easy it is to navigate, and everything you need to work with in a daily operation can be found in your dashboard. No need to go searching!

Sometimes the posting of charges or utilities do not line up on time, so there are delays in postings, which cause residents to have a residual balance after rent payments are due.

I like that I can jump into the app. See what my residence need maintenance wise, or I can jump in the app and make work orders for them.

I don’t like how clunky the app is. Takes forever to post pictures to the app and if you have bad WiFi service it’s goin to be a slow go.

Entrata is easy to use for property managers as well as their residents. Having the help feature comes in handy. Quick payment processing as well.

Not being able to upload multiple documents at one time to the document tab or in an email.

Made my job easier, especially with the automatic follow-ups

The thing that I liked least is that when the system does an automatic follow-up, it does not allow us to send their personalized quote with that, so my tours end up getting 2 back to back emails as soon as they leave

It’s organized and always worked great for me

Mobile site isn’t like the desktop but it’s just easier most times when out of office

I have been using Entrata for 2 years now. I like the template feature for emails best.

Sometimes the system requires me to place in guest cards more than 1 time.

I like how it organizes all information for resident accounts into one report.

Sometimes I get confused when searching for a past resident.

Logging in and out often but overall great service easy to use and help tenants accomplish their rental info
