It provides accountability. It provides accountability on our drivers' side, making sure they are staying on the intended route for their day and creating a great customer experience. It provides accountability on our management side, when drivers record their daily mileage or complete vehicle inspections that information is logged and saved for management to review and schedule maintenance on vehicles, keeping our staff safe.

Sometimes Karmak is a real pain to deal with, sometimes it seems like the communication between EXTRA and Karmak could be better, but I'm not sure this is on EXTRA's side.

That it ties into ACDelco Connection for buyers to see.

Very robust program and not always easy to navigate as well as drivers ETAs are never right. Also, need to work on the geo fencing.

We had a problem with the delivery times not auto adjusting when drivers were driving slow or taking too long, but after we called and expressed our concern it was fixed and now works great.

Elite EXTRA has completely changed our business! Hands down the best delivery management solution out in the marketplace! Here are some key points that I like the most about Elite EXTRA:

- Easily identify which invoices and part numbers are with which driver
- Very advanced yet easy and straight forward to use once learned!

There is nothing I dislike about Elite EXTRA!

The tracking and organization is well done, easy to learn and easy to teach.

The only con is signers for deliveries are stored giving drivers the opportunity to not ask who is signing and just select a previous signer.

I like the whole package. Couldn't imagine our company running without this product

Wish could take and store pics at time of delivery and store with tracking/delivery information like ups/fedex.

The support team is extremely responsive to inquiries and the uptime percentage is very good.

The desktop app will open tab after tab when we are working through an issue and switching between screens. I can end up with 8-10 open tabs when complete.

I like that we can tell customers where their delivery is in the schedule, that we can see pictures of the deliveries, and that if the notifications work, the customer can track their delivery.

Notifications don't always work out. Also, if someone puts a lot of * in the notes, it spreads the columns out to where we can't scroll to the right to see everything.

The program is very easy to learn and is a great source for our company. The company is also easy to get ahold with any questions and they get to you very quickly with a solution.

We havent found any cons yet for this program

Real time driver tracking and planning allowing for more deliveries on a daily basis and less headache to manage them.

It's hard to identify anything that has happened using Elite Extra that wasn't handled in a timely manner.

The fact that it integrated to our management system, the ease of use and real time visual of tour fleet.

Hope in the near future the product development will provide a request that I have put in for a while, the ability of having to see a different color vehicle icon on the tracking map after a driver is not moving for a given time would help tremendously for our hot shot delivery operation.

Route control, geo-fencing accounts along with warehouse parking lot for clocking out.

N/A There really is nothing that is a con unless I nitpick the system

Since implementation we have become more efficient. Set up of routes is fast and easy.

To be totally honest. We have found no cons.

Number one reason is tracking, we wanted a way to know where our drivers were during their delivery runs.

The learning curve is a little steep at first but it isnt impossible to achieve. Some of the people we trained did not catch on very quickly.

Very easy to use and train. Very easy to make on the fly adjustments, and the routing is spot on.

Learning and navigating the reports portion can be overwhelming.

The ease of using the system and the time an attention the staff gave during set up and training was amazing. They are always available for issues and quick to resolve them.

There is not much of a discount for the more vehicles/drivers you have using the system.

The best part of Elite Extra is the simplicity of use. The scaled-down graphics and ease of use make it a great web-based software that even the lowest of computers can use. Couple that with the accurate reading and the easy-to-use Driver application, making it the best software for all Delivery Industries.

There genuinely isn't much to not like about Elite Extra. Perhaps the reporting side can be filtered out to your business needs for ease in reporting. However when you have a better handle on it. It gets much easier.

I like the ability to dispatch multiple routes within a short amount of time and the ability to track my drivers to make sure they are making their deliveries on time.

Overall, the program is great. The only thing I wish for, is for Elite to show the number of products per stop without having to print out a manifest to get a better estimate on how stops can be broken up easier.

Mastering all the program has to offer. The customer service is excellent.

No concerns at this time. Any problems that we have had have been handled quickly.

I like that our customers can set up their own delivery route and dispatch. We have two primary customers and so the ease of use for this made this a great choice.

If there is a switch as to which phone is logged into by the driver it can trigger a two driver month charge.
