Must try, definitely recommended

I'd definitely recommend Vaave to anyone considering building an alumni platform. Not only is their software good, their support teams are really good.
Whenever we've had issues, they've been more than willing to help us at all times.
Also, they've worked closely with us to see what approaches would work in dealing with our alumni association.

Connecting with the alumni has been a challenge. When the initial thought of reaching out to different people had come, the task seemed humungous. With Vaave, the problem was solved without much hassle.
We've been able to connect with our folks without much of an issue.

Another thing is to post any information to all the alumni. This was also made easy by this platform by Vaave.

Avantages

Ease of use was definitely one of the most important aspects of using this software. The features have been organically built and it has been a pleasure to have been associated with their product right from the initial days.

Inconvénients

Sometimes, keeping up with the changes is a challenge. It could be due to the fact that I don't use the software as frequently as I should be using it.

Vaave Did a Great job for SNDTWU

Vaave serviced us very well and followed up consistently.

Avantages

It helped us as University to consolidate our programmes and alumnae members scraper across various social media platforms.

Inconvénients

Though the software is great, the human effort required is also huge leading to not an optimal utilization of the database. It is also taking time for us to build up database due to variety of factors.

The manage members is most useful and the "Roles" in the manage members was great feature.

Overall experience with Vaave has been very smooth and supportive. Customer Support team can be a little more active in addressing minor issues. Sometimes it is not possible to get on a demo call to address minor fixes required.

Avantages

Features such as Membership Management, Member Directory, Payment Collection and Content Management are user friendly and attractive. Most of our objectives as an Alumni Association are met with these features.

Inconvénients

Vaave needs to work on building restirctions and differentiation between paying Life Members and Free Non Life Members in several features. Specially event attendance & payment for events

The database management is very excellent and the number of filters is great.

Inconvénients

Importing of the home banner have some limitations on the home page. if the limitation is removed that could be great.

Best software for the Alumni interactions and enagement

This product is very helpful for communicating with the alumni. i like the Message users most as it is used to send the mass mails from the portal to the alumni mails. this will be helpful in active communication with the alumni. The dashboard helps for all the alumni to interact with all the members by sharing their opinions or the opportunities/ news on the portal.

As far the product is loaded with good number of features.

The portal is Interactive and the funds module is very easy to use . We have raised 4cr+ fund with the help vaave team using the funds module. We have successfully organised association election on the platform.

Vaave is a wonderful tool to connect with the University Alumni's, We are a university with alumni's from 70 different countries. where it made us easy to connect with all of them at one short.
Also the alumni's are happy that they are connected with their batchmates who is faraway that to on professional tool
Organizing event with the vaave is much easy

3. Sharing recent info about the university, new product launch
4. Bulk mailer for Alumni's

1. The architecture of software should be open so that if specific service is required other than available one as per customer requirement, development team should incorporate those requirement.

1. Very lengthy registration procedure with too many mandatory fields.
2. Software should generate unique ID for each registered alumnus/faculty/student along with a auto generated downloadable identity card after registration.

We are using Vavee for IRTT AA Alumni network since inception of our network. We are happy to user their Membership module and Finance.

I like their customer service and 24x7 support w.r.t any backend queries.

Membership registration, Payment collections against different campaigns, Order Summary ,Members section, JobBoard, Payment Acknowledgement

Inconvénients

Nothing to say. But we are facing challenge to Integrate with HDFC ECS .

Easy way to connect with alumni using Vaave platform

Avantages

The search facility is a great option which helps to search the members based on the City, State, Country, Graduation year, Course etc. Also, The search facility based on the Industry, Role, Companies helps to reach the specific alumni to get an help from them.

Inconvénients

The mobile app should be evolved and should contain the similar functionality like web version.
Some parts of the website is not responsive on the mobile browser.
