Le système de calendrier qui manque d’une vue globale pour travailler sur de la planification long terme.

Nous utilisons principalement la fonctionnalité Feuille de temps. Certains membres de l'équipe utilisent également la fonction de minutage. Tous s'entendent pour dire que l'application est facile à utiliser.

Notre équipe réalise souvent les mêmes tâches pour des clients différents. J'aimerais pouvoir choisir indépendamment la tâche, le projet et le client, sans être obligée de recréer la tâche dans un autre projet et de l'associer à un autre client.

Application très bien faite, rapidité de saisie et partage de suivi en ligne pour les clients, vraiment top !

Explosion des prix cette année pour nous.
Pratiquement fois 10 par rapport à nos options (premium vers entreprise).
Juste l’impression d’être pris en otage.

Aucun pour le moment, Clockify fait le job

C'est le premier que j'ai utilisé qui est sans bogue, facile à utiliser à la fois du côté de la gestion et de l'utilisateur, et simple à comprendre. Et surtout je peux m'y connecter depuis n'importe où c'est magic

À mon départ je trouvais le logiciel nul, suite à système de temps mais lorsque j'ai appris cela c'est wow

J'ai utilisé pas moins de 10 applications de pointages, de catégorie et de fonctionnalités différentes. Clockify est de loin le plus simple mais le plus riche et le plus optimisé même dans sa forme gratuite.

Les restrictions dans la forme gratuite mais c'est pas dommageable pour un suivi de prod optimisé

Facile de suivre son temps de travail. On peut entrer un mots clé et une liste des tâches déjà réalisées est proposées.

Je n'ai pas encore exploité les données mais les bilans hebdo, mensuel et annuel ont l'air pratique

Pas possible d'intégrer des réunions périodiques (sans connecté son agenda)

Le dark effect (faut bien trouver quelque chose de positif)
La FAQ (même si surtout utile pour l'administrateur)

- Copier notre horaire de la semaine précédente ne copie pas les heures mais uniquement les projets ...
- Obliger de rajouter le 'h' pour indiquer le nombre d'heures. Si je met un "8" tout seul dans la case, je veux que 8heures soit pris en compte.
- L'accès limité aux choix des fonctionnaités par l'utilisateur finale.
- Trop de choix d'administrations
- L'utilisateur finale se sent trop restreint.

Free version is very good, tracking of time and working time log are very easy and flixable , reports are very helpfull

Tracker has no uper limit to stop at even you forgot to stop it for days (continiously)
Not very powerfull with task tracking where there are no tastk status or team calloperation of tasks, as least in free account

Simple looking for robust feature set for individuals and businesses

automated time tracking doesn't permanently store data

Timekeeping, staff attendance and monthly reports are all good things that this beautiful application was able to count

We may face some problems when preparing payroll and does not include the shift system

I use Clockify nearly daily for tracking time spent on design projects. It's a super valuable tool to my business to be able to see how much time I spend on a total project & how much time is spent on individual tasks. I also like that if I accidentally forget to turn off the clock, I can manually enter the time.

But the features are somewhat confusing and hard to edit/manage. For my use, I'd just like to be able to create a Project (instead of needing to create a Client & then also a Project) and then break that project up into tasks (ex. for a branding project, I'd do Research, Logo, Collateral, Website, Meetings) which I could then use to tag to time entries. I want to be able to click on that project and immediately see the breakdown of time spent on each part of the project. As it functions now, this feature feels buried under Status. & Tasks aren't easy to delete once they've been created. I'd also like to be able to merge tasks.

Not much to improve that hasn't been dramatically improved over the last two years. The development team has done a great job squashing bugs and smoothing workflows and syncing issues.

What I like about Clockify is its ability to do time tracking. A time tracker where you can pause and continue your time easily is a game changer. And its free and no coding or hitting other tabs or go around somewhere to do that operation. Very seamless and simple and life changing software.

I don't feel like there is a least in the software. As a user, I am captivated by its smooth functionality of tracking my tasks and client's time. I had achieved multiple times of accuracy because of this software and I am grateful about it.

The clockify is our daily driver for tracking time of our work and it is very useful and accurate about track time, we can also add manually tie in our clock app, which is basically used for tracking time about our daily work and it has many tools for analysis so it shows us different type data what we need so defiantly try this!

From the start till now I am not facing any issues with clockify just need to do some changes like copy paste time by dragging and drop and e thing but in the end, it's not a big deal so it is a good package for analyst time

I absolutely love the flexibility and customization options that ClickUp offers. The ability to create custom task statuses, set up multiple projects and assign tasks to specific team members has greatly improved our team's workflow and communication. The user interface is also very intuitive and easy to navigate. Overall, ClickUp has proven to be a game-changer for our team's task management and I highly recommend it to others looking for a robust project management tool.

One thing I didn't like about ClickUp is that the mobile app is not as fully-featured as the web version. Some of the advanced customization options and certain features are not available on the mobile app, which can be frustrating when trying to manage tasks on-the-go. Additionally, the integration options with other tools could be more extensive. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall benefits that ClickUp offers.

UX and UI wise. Really nice lay-out. Easy to use.

Not much. No qualms. Maybe I can find out later since my subscription is free and for me alone. Maybe if my workspace becomes complex I might start to notice discripancies.

It's fast, simple, light and practical (and looks good enough). I also like that it allows me to only use the functions that I need without having to learn/deal with all the other features it has.

-Navigating its menus can be quite unintuitive sometimes;
-It really looks/looked like a clone of the first iteration of Toggle, and that gave me a bad first impression of it. Still, the color pallet was better than Toggl's, and since the functionalities that I needed worked almost identical in both, I continued to use it.

Ease of use, reliability, fast response from customer service even when I was using only a free version of the software. Clean design, very good reports, ability to export reports to different formats. The basic version has almost all the things I need. Application is small, which is a big plus.

Lack of Polish version of VAT invoice is a little minus. If there were I'd have everything I need in one app. If you decide to implement that, please consider moving invoicing and time rounding from STANDARD to BASIC plan. I don't need managment stuff. There's literally no small and simple time tracking software with invoicing only. Every app like this slowly grows towards ERP system. Please don't grow. Hone the things you have now and make a separate product capable of integrating with bigger brother.

What is there NOT to like about this software? It was very easy to set up. It is simple to use. I have a small accounting firm and needed to track time spent per client per employee. This software does it simply and effectively. I love the "tags" as well. With the previous time tracking software I was using before they started to charge a fortune for it...I would have to type out the "tasks" that I was working on with each client. With Clockify, I have set up reports, reviews, emails, data entry, etc. as tags and it is simple as clicking the tag. LOVE LOVE LOVE this software!

I guess if there was something I could change about the software it would be to add a "pause" button. I have to "Stop" the timer if I get interrupted in a client project and then go down in the time tracker and restart it when I get back in it. Not hard and it still does what I need it to do...but a "pause" button would be nice =) Another "con" would be that I have to manually add new clients and project which takes less than one minute...so not really an issue either =)

The basics of any time tracking app is, of course, tracking time. Reports are also very helpful, along with tasks for a project. Clockify is the one app I've found that is free for all those features. It's well designed and thought out. Every feature you need is within quick access and simple to find.

The interface is as modern as some other trackers (Toggl, Harvest, etc). I occasionally look at other apps just to see if there's a better looking one. But they all either lack the features I need at the free level, or aren't as intuitive to use.

Clockify is amazing to control time & tasks in projects. Using a plugin Chrome Browser extension you add a small clock to e-mails, documents, spreadsheets, etc, and can start your timer in any kind of task. Clockify allows you to generate reports on the fly, super easy and fast. At the end of the day you know how productive you are and knows where in the projects you stay. You can easily schedule tasks, interact with other members of the team and track almost everything. The costs reports are a powerful tool, with them you control all the costs of your projects and team members. Using work spaces, you can create different scopes of work for any kind of organization you work. Clockify allows you to create clients, projects, teams, tags, and control the costs & track times of work for every one of them.

Sometimes, I miss a feature like Gantt Chart but this is not really a problem. I also would like to have a version translated to Portuguese.
