I like that this software has many benefits, including a wide range of tools for inventory management, customer and employee management, and payment processing integrations. It is highly versatile and suitable for businesses like ours and in various industries. Additionally, the software has a customizable interface that can be tailored to meet the unique needs of each business, providing options for personalized branding and workflows to create a distinct customer experience.

I have observed that this software has two potential drawbacks. Firstly, its pricing model is based on a monthly subscription fee, which may not be affordable for smaller businesses. Secondly, the software's high level of customization and complexity may make it difficult for some users to set up and configure. Additional training or support may be needed to utilize the software's full capabilities.

I love the hardware. I love the degree of control. I like how simple inventory counts are and I hopeful that it will have profound impact on ordering

The functionality is not yet ready for washington cannabis. The programming that deals directly with regulation is sort of ad hoc and hasn't worked fully since we bought it. I think it will improve but its difficult to cope with presently

I have been learning KORONA as my company is planning to move to this POS system. KORONA as first does not seem like a matching POS system for my wholesale company. However, the more I learn to use it, and with the help of awesome customer support, the more I believe this POS system could be a very good fit to many type of business out there. So I love the most about this software is the 24/7 customer service and reporting function that are very easy to use.

What I don't like is not too big of an issue. It was just the terminology that KORONA used that are not too popular compare to other POS system out there. If KORONA consider to add a function where we can customize the terminology across this system, KORONA will be on fire!!

at first it was difficult trying to figure out the tag option but now it is something we use thru out all locations

The ease of use is amazing! They also have a great staff to help with problems or needs! And they are quick to respond. I can do most anything I need from the pos.

The initial training would have been better in person, instead of over the phone.

We started from scratch with KORONA POS, having never used a POS system of any kind before. The setup process was pretty seamless - and the training was relatively straightforward. What really makes this POS stand out is the tech support - the team is lightning fast, super responsive, and very patient! I've never had a problem that wasn't solved that same day - sometimes within 30 minutes.

It would be great to be able to customize reports - though the system comes preloaded with lots of options, I'd love to tweak the parameters or at least rename a few of them for easier use.

Ease of use. Super intuitive. The online manuals are very helpful.

I don’t know of any other applications that I require. In fact, there are many parts of the software that I don’t use and this is the only software service I use. It is complete.

Reports can be more clear
Margin % is not available at all time. It only shows up during price change and it goes away.
I hope Developers are little quicker on implementing changes.

Very happy the software is internet bases, no more hard wire networking problems.

Entering invoices its little on the slow side, took a while to get the hang of it.

My favorite part of this software is that it is easy to use and it is capable of almost anything.

The only thing I dislike about this software is that the support team is located on the opposite side of the country, but that's not their fault!

works pretty well for my needs in the retail environment. The POS and back if the house co operation are pretty handy to have. I can see what the status of the inventory is and order directly from the software and check in the inventory when it arrives to the retail store location.

Some things are not as easy to do as you would hope, and not always easy to change or track changes.

Great inventory tracking, a lot of reports ready to use that give you most information you need to grow your business, easy time tracking for employees.

Original manual is not updated, but the customer service team help to get all information you need.
Discount option for one item is very limited.
The user profile for a discount, price change, inventory movement cannot be placed in range, is either can or cannot.

We were switching from a POS that was very old so we had to update some stuff and there were other problems that Korona couldn't do anything about. But they helped us as much as they could and in the end we got it all figured out.

The support is awesome even if you call them every single day for the first week or so.

Haven't run into anything I hate yet. We are still figuring things out so we have to retrieve master data, then shut the whole program down and open it again which is the most annoying thing right now. Not that big of a deal at all.

We were looking for software that could be fully customizable to our needs, which was tough to find out there with more "mainstream" software companies and models. Some winery-specific software that we considered had some of the features we needed, but not others. Korona's integrations and layout made it easy to make the switch.

As of now, we don't have any complaints with the software.

Easy interface, nice added options, easy to learn , compatible with quickbooks, but still have to run

Only limited merchants are available, some reports are ok, not able to upload good with fintech data

Easy setup and great customer service. Set up was easy and a vast improvement.

Integration with our website was difficult, but once it was finished, it was great.

I like the customization, breadth of features, and inventory process. The functionality of the inventory process is user friendly and takes a lot of the work out of my hands and automates most of the process.

There was a significant learning curve initially. As we further customize and adapt the system to our business the easier it is becoming to use.
