Amberlo is intuitive and easy to master. The designer(s) of this programme had the user in mind. Everything that a busy lawyer or person in a law environment needs is found in this program./app.
Accounting tab is great! Contacts registering and accessing feature of the program easily accessible and editable.

Increase case limit of the solo practitioner.

It’s effective in tracking important documents and case processes across associates (even remotely).

It needs better mobile applications for on-to-go process updation.

I like the function itself. There's no other better system for the lawyers where you can fixate almost all in one place.

That sometimes the system records double payments if preliminary and final invoices are issued

It is easy to learn how to use this program. Although it is professional and has many functions, it is very convenient and easy to use.

What I liked most about Amberlo was its user-friendly interface and the seamless integration of features. It made managing tasks and projects feel effortless and enjoyable.

What I liked least about Amberlo was the occasional lag during peak usage times. However, this didn’t significantly impact my overall experience.

Amberlo is very intuitive and as a really clean overview.

There is nothing that I dislike about Amberlo, since it is a very useful work tool.

It is very easy to start for a new user.

To be honest I don't think there is anything I didn't like, maybe reporting the time could be a little bit better - if you don't write minutes or hours at the and, it automatically assumes hours which is often not the case.

Lot of features but the app is not bloated. You can trust the e-court implementation. Invoicing is quick and easy and you have powerful time tracking allowing to track the profitability of the clients.

Sometime i get lost in features. Not everything is intuitive. Some things are designed little weird so i don't know how tproperly.

As someone who just needed time tracking + invoicing capabilities, Amberlo was the perfect solution.

We had to look very closely to find the software that would meet our strict requirements in terms of security and regulations for our contract management needs. We did not want to spend too much time on implementing complicated solutions but we needed a comprehensive tool to manage our customer database and contracts. For our international team the multilingual interface was also one of the key points.

The software is very fast and sleek, not to mention the frequency of new updates and improvements released every month. Their new email management feature had reduced our workload significantly as we did not realise we're spending most of the time on our emails.

At the moment there's nothing missing for us.

Some additional functionalities would be a nice to have, however that does not diminish the overall value.

EMEA Legal product is easy to use, the opportunity to store a great amount of information and then quickly look up for something you need about the project - is the finest feature of this product. And the whole EMEA Legal customer service team is really professional, helpful and does not mind to answer any question you might have in a second.

It's not 100% customizable, but software rarely is. Like any other product - you have to get used to its control, but at the end of the day, you will not find a thing to criticize this product.

The software is user friendly, has a lot of features. It does just what you would expect it to do with every click. There are some useful features like a chronometer to make it even more convenient.

I would like to see some more statistics about my work performance every month, maybe some yearly work results. Could use a feature, where you could set your monthly or yearly goals and see how far are you from reaching them.
