I like it because I don't have to move between several applications to do my job, it has all the necessary tools to make my job more efficient, and the closing deliveries are more organized and faster. Sending invoices is much easier for me and I manage my projects much more organized

The response time from customer service is not as effective and fast as I would like, they are good at their responses but they don't do it quickly

Affordable and Backend looks nice - so that's something!

Client experience if poor. Integrations are awful. Layout, design and look are atrocious and check out for clients is multi step.....Who does that anymore?

We spent a week trying to get it setup and working well and efficiently....no way it was going to. And if we have to handhold it and manually do a TON of things.....why bother? MANY other options available and we've moved to one.

I like that I can create invoices in many different ways set up lead forms

I actually have no cons. My experience with Honey has been great.

I manage the entire flow of information from my clients in a more organized way, controlling and monitoring each one, it allows me to be more agile in the processes that I have to carry out with my clients and thus provide them with better attention and speed in document delivery. invoices, contracts and digital signatures. I can do many things at the same time and it helps me perform better at my job.

The system has never failed me, I feel satisfied with each tool I use and I am convinced that it has been the most efficient platform that I use for my work tasks.

If you're a freelancer or running a small business, HoneyBook is a fantastic project management tool that’s worth considering. I absolutely love it for its comprehensive suite of features designed to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

I don't have any dislikes thus far regarding the platform.

It is an innovative tool where each function is unique and serves to have an improved organization of my work, in task management it is easy to distribute the work in the team and then reunite it and the security with the data is very reliable, when I make the signatures electronics I am calm that there is no risk of anything.

All the processes are useful and have had no inconsistencies in use, so on my part everything has turned out satisfactory.

I love the nice, professional presentation of information. Everything is laid out nicely for everyone to see (messages, threads, etc). Honey book also streamline business to client relations from sending the contract, invoicing, signing, then finally payment (through Stripe).

I honestly don’t have any cons. This program is by far the best of it’s kind.

The customer service response time isn't as prompt and efficient as I hope; while they provide good answers, they don't respond quickly.

The branding, logo and name are all trendy and up to date. This is very important when interating with new people, new clients. One wants the interface to be inviting.

It could have better contract signing features.

Robust contract and proposal tool. Very efficient to use. Seamless invoicing and payment processing.

Initial customisation takes time. Limited integration with certain third party apps.

What I like most about HoneyBook is how efficient the software is for appointment scheduling.

There is currently nothing I dislike about Honeybook, it has been very effective and efficient.

Pricing could be a little better but overall I really don’t have any cons.

I love how easy it is to send contracts and invoices to clients and how your notified when read, signed and payments made.

That it doesn't connect or integrate at all to my other primary platform I use on a regular and daily basis.

I loved how I could create workflows for myself.

Unfortunately my clients said it was confusing and they didn't know how to work inside of it to do edits etc.

HoneyBook seems to do many things, from sales presentations to contracts but what we are using it for is contracts, and it is very good with that. So much less complicated for our staff to create and sign them through a flawless (also beautiful) system, and clients are impressed with the system as well.

Haven't found anything yet, perhaps as we go along. We are considering expanding our use to include invoicing and billing and will update review at that time.

Proposals, appointments, payments, invoices. All in one platform. Like a personal assistant. I found it very useful and innovative, especially for the automation part which is not obvious for a software like this.

Nothing wrong to report. A few bugs every now and then but I haven't seen one in a while.

Cost was expensive long term and not in out budget at the time but they do work with small businesses to help with that during slow times
