Jibble - Avis

Pour rassurer les clients sur votre disponibilité et votre respect des horaires en tant que freelance, Jibble est l'outil parfait pour ça. L'onboarding et la prise en main est easy. En plus, on ne paie rien pour en faire usage. Il existe en version application mobile pour vous accompagner partout.

Je n'ai aucun inconvénient à dire sur cet outil.

Ce logiciel facilite le suivi du temps et la gestion des travaux en ligne. Ça permet aussi de bien gérer les constructions, les fabrications, les restaurations, l'éducation, les ventes au détail, les agences et les entreprises avec les employés sur le terrain.

C'est un logiciel qui est très utile. Ça n'a aucun inconvénient. C'est vraiment appréciable et recommander.

Leave management & payroll isnt available and should have the option to generate salary slip. can do some more work on employee database management

Easy to use and track time for the week.

I wish you could clock in from anywhere without a picture, though I understand why the picture is needed. Clocking from else where is a little difficult for those who travel a good bit.

The overview is easy and you can clock in and clock out easily

You can't clock in on your other devices besides the computer.

Ability to have sub-contractors add their own hours as I have multiple venues with 10+ contract staff

No cons at the moment. It does what I need it to do. I run the free version and it covers all my current needs.

easy time tracking. What's best about this is you can easy use apps on your mobile phone to log in/out.

Th ease of use and mobile app. It makes it easy to keep track of our hours which are very flexible.

I don't have any complaints, it has worked perfectly for us thus far.

The simple interface. I only use it for time ins/outs and it does the job without extra frills.

The app sometimes glitches and wont record my time-in or time outs.

The biggest benefit for our company is being able to effectively track employee hours submitted.
With the geofencing capability, it allows us to ensure employees do not take advantage of clocking in away from the site.
It also allows us to have the assurance that staff are actively on site and also manage leave

Not much to not like about Jibble, the app and the User Interface is very reliable and easy to use. I think if Jibble would allow you to save custom generated reports, reports that we use every day/fortnight, or allow certain costumised reports to be emailed on a daily basis, then that would be something they can improve on.

Simplicity and offering options which are just needed.

Lack of fully customized timesheets (working with Excel). They are sometimes required by our customers.

The flexibility to handle different types of schedules and methods of payroll
The system developed to track and approve days off
The multiple integrations it has, specially with payroll apps such as Deel
The reports are definitely one of the best attributes

Not having the activity tracking option yet to know about keyboard/mouse movement.
Not able to distinguish between two types of breaks within the same period (Paid or unpaid). Should be able to assign if a break will be paid and a lunch will be unpaid. This is a regular standard in Latam and many companies in the US

Jibble is easy to use for both the company and employee. Sending out the email invite is quick and simple. Leaving comments by the employees is helpful when clocking in. We like that it keeps storage of the previous data for use later.

Site is not user friendly. As a new client it is difficult to understand and navigate. Support is great at showing you how to use the site.

Its deep integration with Slack helps a lot as we use Slack as our primary communication channel at our workplace. Employees can directly Clock-in and Clock-out from Slack itself and every time someone clocks-in others get a notification in the Jibble channel and they know that particular person is now available to connect.

We also require a leave tracking system, but Jibble has a half-baked feature for this. It would be great if we get more features like leave approval from admin, settings to control visibility of upcoming leaves of other colleagues.

The change between Jibble 1 and 2 has not been clear, but was not too complicated to perform after all

I love tracking my staff’s clock in’s and out’s without the old punch card method. Waste of paper, time and difficult to keep checking.
With Jibble, even if I don’t log in for a few days, I can always see exactly how many hours the staff where at work or not at work and when.

The only problem I have in using Jibble to track my staff’s times would be that they often forget to Jibble in or out.
So if they forget to Jibble out after work... by the next day it shows them as working for 24 hours.

The software makes time tracking and handling attendance tracking easy
It comes with amazing features that supports remote work

It has been helpful and Jibble has little to no flaws.
