Seasonality that comes with lawn care and snow removal business creates very specific software needs and we are glad to hear that we have managed to cater to them. It's also nice hearing that our features are helpful for your everyday work.

As for emails, whilst OptimoRoute does not accommodate marketing messaging, we do send email and text notification for when an order is complete. There is no character limit for email notifications and would be a perfect place to ask your customers to opt in for more services after a job is successfully completed.

We just recently launched a new feature called Drag and Drop which gives the dispatcher the ability to change the order of routes. That way, if your driver needs to change his orders list he can do it by reaching out to the dispatcher.

As for the multi-run routes, there are a few ways to do that easily in OptimoRoute. Although you are likely set up with the best workflow for your use-case, we're happy to take another look anytime, to make sure you are getting the most efficient, accurate routes in the least amount of time.

As for canceling mid-delivery, we currently have a feature in beta that has the ability to cancel services and appointments mid-route. However, this does not apply to physical deliveries. This is because the software needs to account for the remaining capacity in the vehicle in the event that new orders need to be planned with that driver after being sent out.

In addition, you can completely automate the delivery experience for each of your drivers, ensuring that they follow your preferred service workflow. The OptimoRoute Mobile App - allows you to pass any additional document to your drivers that can then be mandated for sign-off by your customers before the driver can complete his delivery. The driver can capture additional documentation - proof of delivery, barcode scans, photos, etc- saved forever in OptimoRoute.
