The initial set up was a little tricky with remote staff. I had to redirect applicants to company website. Options for ongoing relationship seem limited. As a small company, I don’t need a subscription, but would post as needed)

It would be nice if I could contact candidates directly from the Betterteam site to keep any candidate interaction organized to one software. It would also be nice if I could search/source candidate resumes through a database of candidates willing to be kept on file for search purposes.

I run a massage studio, so finding qualified massage therapists in my area that is lacking in massage schools is a constant challenge for me. I needed to hire new therapists quickly and was coming up short on other platforms like Indeed and Facebook. I posted my job to Betterteam on a Monday and by Tuesday already had 3 applicants -- I hired two of them by the end of the week! 10/10 would recommend and use again. I love how they amplified my job posting literally EVERYWHERE and made it easy for me to get the word out in many different platforms. Thank you, Betterteam!

I wish there was a way I could view the resumes of qualified applicants and do a bit of head hunting on my own.

The service that Betterteam offered was excellent. I had a few people from their team reach out to me to check in and answer questions. Also, we did receive many applicants.

The position we were filling was a remote position with in Saskatchewan and we did receive many out of province applications. It would have been a good option to exclude other provinces; however with that said, it was useful to see the interest from other provinces for when we want to expand in the future.

easy to use, good customer service, no cost (I used the free trial). I had so many responses that no need to extend. Most are local, and candidates seem to have relevant qualifications

Our work load is constantly changing and we could need more staff at a moments notice and Betterteam has allowed us to post a job one day and have hundreds of applications in our inbox the very next day. Whenever we have run into a problem or had a question (even before we signed up) their customer support has been supportive and gotten us an answer or corrected the issue within 24 hours. I would reccomend this service to anyone looking to hire new staff.

The only complaint we have had about this software is that we get a lot of repeat applicants who are not actually looking for work but are just applying everywhere for unemployement purposes. I wish that there was a way for Betterteam to divert applications that we had marked as declined previously in our earlier job listings.

The audience. We received exceptionally high, quality responses. We conducted split testing with a competitor product, and Betterteam far outperformed.

Nothing. Everything worked like a charm.

Scope of BetterTeams advertising provided more applicants than we've received using countless other job board services. The ease of using this platform, its functionality and reliability is excellent.

I haven't discovered anything that could be improved upon.

Fast in providing bulk candidates even though it's just a free trial. The support is impressive.

There should be a case by case cost for small companies. we are a 2 person operation and needed to add 1 seasonal candidate. While I'm sure this is designed for larger corporations, we get lost on the indeeds and monsters of the world, this was more specific and local and I loved that, but we have no call for ongoing hiring that would require a monthly subscription.

The number and quality of applicants was impressive.

There was nothing I disliked or thought was sub-par.

Easy to use. I get notifications as soon as a new applicant applies to a job posting. Keeps track of metrics. This is a great tool for sourcing candidates. I have received many qualified applicants and supervisors are happy with the quality and quantity of talent pool.

No cons. This software is by far way more resourceful than other platforms to fill hiring needs. The costs are very reasonable and inexpensive in comparison to other platforms.

Easy to submit a Job Posting, once you have written it and filled out all the Details.

I thought that the Job had been successfully posted, however, 12 hours later I received an Email by support telling me that my Job has not been approved by the Job Posting Board without any Reason, so they just deleted my account.
I posted a Part-Time Job with a detailed Description, Title, and everything, all I left open were the optional fields, so therefore it should be approved (Marketing and Sales Executive).

You don't have to use another application with it because it usually covers everything

Remote access should be made easier for offline use

I loved that it was very user friendly. It was so very successful - I could not believe the overflow of applicants. It was efficient. The team at Betterteam is so friendly and reach out to see if you need any help.

I cannot say there is anything not to like. My company is so happy to have found Betterteam

I used Betterteam only in the trial, so for this period I got a really good impression, we got several candidates for the job ad.

For now, nothing. I used this software only for trial...

I had no concerns with this software. I wish I had a longer trial use. :)

We needed to fill one position, so I used the one-week free trial. The interface was slick and easy. We got about 100 applications for an admin/bookkeeper position within a week. The applications were of varying quality, but that's nothing to do with Betterteam -- that's just the "click to apply" world we live in now. (About a tenth of the applicants bothered to write a cover letter -- come on people!) We were able to fill the position with a great candidate without going to a paid version, but next time we need to hire someone I'll definitely go back to Betterteam -- hopefully we'll start growing enough that we need the paid service!

I wanted to see which job site the applications came from, but I believe that feature is only available on the free plan.
