Parfois il n'est pas évident de modifier les informations sur certains fournisseurs

Avantages
Very easy to set up and use, great customer service. Quick and easy to learn.
Inconvénients
Indexers. Invisible trolls that come with the software who go in, pull the invoices and assign them where they want, so there may be invoices in random queues that are paid late, unless you check the random queues often.

Overall, AvidXchange is quick and easy to use (once you learn about all the different features) as a user. It is also easy to upload invoices to the system and see its progress until it is finalized.
Avantages
I like the ease of using Avid, it is easy to upload invoices and approve them in the system.
Inconvénients
If you are new to AvidXchange, then it takes some time to learn the system like it took me when I started using it over 2 years ago.

Experience has been poor customer support. Often invoices scanned to avid are sent to "research" for no reason other than person was too lazy to figure it out.

Occationally the platform experiences technical issues preventing you from searching or approving invoices. Resolutions occur longer than necessary.

Avantages
The ability to set up workflows for other departments to manage their invoices, attach any receipts that need to be attached. If it is a invoice that is accruing, having the project codes already input saves time.
Inconvénients
When entering a new supplier, we first need to enter into another tool, Blackbaud to create user, then recreate again in avid. Would be helpful to have the partnership between the two.

Avantages
I loved the ease of use, as there was a low learning curve. The process of invoicing is efficient from start to finish. It gets the job done and I would recommend this program to anyone looking for invoice processing software.
Inconvénients
Searching for the status of an invoice can sometimes be a challenge. From my experience, searching by name hasn't always been enough when I didn't have any further information. I would recommend a shortcut to invoice searches.

It did allow our business to pay a lot more bills as our company grew.
Inconvénients
Terrible customer support. Lots of errors on indexing. Long processing times for payments and fixing issues.

It is very user friendly. There is not much I would change about it.

I would like to be able to run reports with just the information I need. The spreadsheets that I download when reviewing invoice history has several columns with repeat information, and several columns that do not contain data.

Avantages
The overall system is very user friendly and easy to use. I like that it is integrated with MRI and helps us go paperless. It is also easy to search old invoices.
Inconvénients
Customer service wait times may vary depending on if you call or use the online function.

I love the fact that it is easy to use and self explanatory. They got out of their way to ensure your experience is smooth. Even if you are a newbie to the software, it will be very easy to maneuver.

Pretty good but frustrating at times. If I were asked to keep Avid or switch to another company to outsource payments, I would probably advise that we should switch. We are relatively happy with Avid but could be happier elsewhere. I have used similar services from other companies in my career and Avid is not what I would consider "top tier".
Avantages
I really like the ease in which payments can be made. The integration with NetSuite (which we use as well) is near perfect. We have everything we need to send our payment information to AVID and have the process begin. The avidxchange.com interface is also very easy to use and it is awesome that we get up to date status on each payment.
Inconvénients
The customer service. I don't have an assigned contact for my team any longer so the only way to speak with someone is to send in an email and hope they get back to you. I need answers right away on issues involving payments and do not get this very often from AvidXchange. When we do get someone to help, they are usually very knowledgeable and end up solving our problems but the issue is getting someone to help. I feel it is an issue with the staffing level and not the actual customer service employees. Also, my team is CONSTANTLY having to send over copies of invoices because the companies don't recognize the payment being offered by Avid, even though the invoice number is listed on your remittance. The ability to not include any enclosures (tax forms, signed contracts, etc.) also hampers our usage of the product; we still have to run some checks manually and if we are doing so, why not just run ALL of our payments this way?
