The LMS is easy to navigate. Classes and folders can be customized and lessons are easily synced to child classes. Progess is easily tracked.

Attendance can still be improved if date ranges can be customized and counted per quarter or semester. It's quite time consuming to input dates one by one.

Love how through apple classroom you can lock students to this app to force them to not cheat on a NEO quiz.

The app is very glitchy! Sometimes it just shuts down when a student is working in it. Also not all of the quiz features work on the app. The first time students log in to the app is very confusing for them since they have to exactly type in the name of their district.

There are various kinds of assignments that can be given to students and they are easy to keep track.

The attendance cannot be modified according to what the school needs.

Attendance feature, needs to add some features like breaking down the dates into grading period.

Flexible pricing plans that are reasonable. Has terrific add on features and customization. The tech support is very responsive, thorough, and 24 hours on weekdays. Love that there is an App as a learner choice. Frequent updates enhance my administrator experience regularly.

1) Training aids will get you started but you have to spend a great deal of time, and trial and error in learning to manage your LMS, build courses, etc. 2) I lost some completion data records where there should of been a hard stop warning that this could happen before I made the change. 3) There is no weekend tech support which I would likely use only occasionally. 4) I can't configure slides to move horizontally in a single slide click through fashion. Rather, I have to either load them individually or leave it as a vertical scroll through of the entire deck.

It inculcates many features that transfers the real life classroom into an LMS portal. The last seen sessions of students, the various assignment formats and clear grading system are what I love the most.

It is very complex to be used, it needs a lot of practise and support to get the actual knowledge of.

I love that Matrix is very customizable and is basically a blank slate for our needs. We can do nearly anything we need with it.

I don't love that it's not intuitive for everyone in the beginning. I've been using the system for two years and am the main point of contact at my 5000 person organization for the LMS and I still don't know how to use some of the features. A more organized, intuitive interface would be worth slightly more money.

I like this platform more than others I’ve tried. I’ve used Moodle for many years and recently changed schools. Neo is much more user friendly, has beautiful design, and is easy to navigate from desktop or phone. I also like that it allows Face ID to log in.

Didn’t notice any cons except i’d prefer more options for editing text in the discussion.

The quizzes and the storage of resources

Absentees, marks, schedules, accounts and reports cannot be printed from this platform.
It is not IOS friendly

The worksheet and activities in where in you can make engagement to the learners and facilitator to less in work and improve the capabilities of the learner.

Some features are not easy to navigate if you don't have knowledge about it.

What I admire about NEO LMS is how it is easy to navigate. It also provides different and varied assessments to choose from.

I think one thing to improve in NEO LMS is that students should also be notifed when the teacher gives an assignment using Content Page.

Ease in organizing assessments. Neo provided a virtual platform to organize assessments for student learning thru their assignments feature.

The attendance. It would've been better if we can divide the dates into quarter/grading period.

Easy to navigate. The features can be learned in minutes without difficulty.

Assignments from the mother/parent class doesn't sync properly (seldom)

The gamification, activities, and assessments help move away from the traditional pencil and paper activities.

Errors like http errors appear from time to time. Night mode is still buggy.

Visual Portal Editor & Access/Discount Codes.

Users once deactivated can't re-do the same course to refresh their knowledge without creating a new account/email.

I like that they make improvements, add new features.

Overall, no issues that I don't like. There are a few features that I would change (instead of having to remember to "give" an assignment, have a box that automatically comes up and asks you if you want to go ahead and give it, that way you don't forget) but overall no complaints.

This allows us to offer an alternative to our gathered program. It gives the students an experience that might even be better than the kids have in class, while still connecting with people from the parish who are responding to and commenting on their work. Making the classes really fun, involving and creative was much easier than I had expected!

The ease of use, the visual appeal and the ability to customize the LMS to reflect individual schools.

It would be wonderful if discussions could have peer reviews and liking. In addition, if there were more options for the type of test questions such as drag and drop.

Ability to give access to adjunct staff, off-site, and cross department staff to create courses. Nice canvas for creating leasson. Customer support is very responsive and good!

The online documentation is too simplistic. There needs to be some more advanced documentation for power users or administrators. The options for setting up and administering tests could be improved.

- Flexibility of how much of the entire systems potential you want to use.
- Pleasant interface is easy to use for people of all ages.

- Mobile App is virtually equivalent to using a phone browser and is not always very mobile-friendly.
- There's still a general clunky feeling to the whole interface (even on desktop). Slightly improving the aesthetics can go a long way.
