Perfect rewards program for businesses

My previous rewards program was a ok, but kept trying to up sell me with programs and offerings that didn't work for my business customers and or cost to much. Eventually they were going to more than double the cost. I found Loyalzoo and it has been nothing but great. They were super responsive during the switch over and the system has worked seamlessly. Nothing but good words for Loyalzoo. If thinking about switching or starting a system definitely go with Loyalzoo. It will be worth it. They also offer scalable programs to serve you as you want to expand or try new things with your program. I have not gone beyond the basic package, but love it.
Avantages
The process of switching my previous system to Loyalzoo was so so easy. They worked with me, with real people helping, to get my customers ported over. Seamless!!!
The software was easy to put on multiple computers and the employees picked it up super quick. Nothing but good words for Loyalzoo. I am not paid to say this!!
Inconvénients
Had Loyalzoo for about a year and I can't think of a problem with the software. The method of getting quick help works extremely well. I only had to use it early on, when I had a question or two.

Increased customer visitorship and engagement
Avantages
Handsfree Marketing feature with Deluxe (most expensive) tier allows for automatic SMS promotions. Ability to create up to 10 rewards.
Inconvénients
When used with the Clover system, app frequently experiences down time and has trouble updating data in real time as customers earn points or redeem rewards. Online dashboard is frequently slow to update. Multiple inventory items cannot be assigned to a reward and automatically deducted from the cost of an order in the register checkout screen (must manually apply percentage off discounts). Unclear when SMS promotions expire. Very small character limit for reward title/description (can't elaborate on size, color, or any other product particularities).

Rewards can be configured to inject the discount automatically into the order, there is no need to apply discounts manually. This would work much better in your case.

Great Loyalty Program But...

Avantages
The Program as a whole is really great! They are always offers updates and continue to add new features while keeping the price the same. The pricing is great especially compared to other Loyalty apps out there like Fivestars, which is almost double the price. The fact that you get to send text and email straight to your customer base really helps to keep traffic coming to you store. All in all i am very happy with my service
Inconvénients
There are just a few thing I feel need work. They offer double points that can be turned on manually at anytime. I wish you were able to have the double points put on a schedule to automatically be turned on when you set it to. I also wish they offered a birthday offer to our customers. The previous reward system we used offered this service and our customers really liked the extra little bonus during there birthday month.

Seamless with Clover

Excellent! Very pleased!
Avantages
I love that this program integrates seamlessly with my POS system and it's very simple and easy to use. Installing it was a breeze! It's very easy to set-up a basic loyalty program, and I like the double points feature when I'm having special promotions in the store. I've been using it for almost 2 years and have been very pleased.
Inconvénients
I've had a few minor instances in which the software wasn't working, but it worked itself out after a few hours and was up and running again.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We really appreciate it! Unfortunately, when you experienced things not working it was when your Clover POS was down and not passing us any of your customer orders and their data, so we could not give loyalty points automatically.
I find this happens on the odd occasion with Clover but when it does our software goes back to any of those missed orders at the time and gives points when Clover are back up and running.

Very easy to use & atractive loyalty scheme

It has been really good to engage with new customers and regular ones, without complications on setting it up. It has been really helpful to be able to have a clear picture of people coming back.
Avantages
Very easy to set up and use. The team behind Loyalzoo have been amazing help and quick to solve any enquiries. Very straight forward for customers and for us as a business to create rewards & implement them straight away, encouraging people to come back.
Inconvénients
It is really good overall. Maybe just a bit more of functionality on data export and member management, specially with our integration with our till system & online sales so that the campaings can be sent separately but from the same back end - flexibility on audience targeting functionality I would say is something that would be interesting to add when creating a campaign.

Integrated with our Clover system! It's own application. No bulky items.
Avantages
Whenever I have questions I would email their support and they would answer very quickly. They're also very personable! I definitely like Loyalzoo a lot more than Five Stars because this is way way cheaper and is integrated into our Clover system. So no clutter on our cash register area!
Inconvénients
I wish I was able to subtract points from the user's history. I'm able to do it right away but if I needed to subtract a specific amount of points I would need to apply a pre-made discount and balance that discount by adding points.
It's a pro and con to have our customer's phone numbers linked to their credit card. I had a problem once where our customer's credit card was linked to their friends' phone number so I had to contact support to make sure it was no longer linked.

This is a cheaper alternative to other loyalty programs, but limits you in quite a few ways
Avantages
It was an easy transition from 5 Stars program to Loyalzoo. Anytime we had an issue, Loyalzoo was very quick to help correct. They are easy to along with and get ahold of. The software took a lot of work from my employees freeing them up for other work.
Inconvénients
I don’t like the promotion limits and other limitations they have.

Pretty Decent Loyalty Program

Overall Im pretty happy with LoyalZoo, I just wish it had a few more features and not such limited SMS messaging.
Avantages
Its a pretty simple to use interface and offers basic loyalty features as well as limited SMS messaging.
Inconvénients
There really isn't a good way to integrate it into our online shopping cart WooCommerce so it really only works for us in store.

Every day when I first log on to our system the app is not accessible. After a few minutes it comes back on but it happens everyday. Sometimes it's very slow to respond when you're trying to pull up a customer. Adding points to a customer from the back office is really easy. Adding new customers is pretty simple but if someone sets up their own account from the app the retailer can't change anything on it. Sometimes that causes problems.

In regards to slowness when starting your Clover station up in the morning, this has got to do with the Clover station itself and starting many applications at once. For customers signing up to your loyalty program via the free Loyalzoo app it is the customers prerogative to provide their contact details, hence the reason why you can't edit them on your Clover station. 100% Best Loyalty Program for Small Businesses

I have been researching loyalty programs for months to find a product that works for us. My business is not your standard brick and mortar shop and required integration with many forms of purchases both face to face and online. Every other system I looked into and trialed was complicated and not user friendly for my staff and customers. The apps were clunky or extremely overpriced.
Within 2 weeks I have been able to set this system up, connect it to both my online order forms and face to face purchasing system and even managed to link a login page to my website so customers can easily check in with us at any time to see their points balance and rewards.
The application is easy for customers to use and points/rewards can be received instantaneously by my customers.
I have received amazing customer service with instant replies most of the time. Nothing was too much trouble and requests were attended to promptly.
Very happy with the service so far and look forward to using this system a lot more in 2022!
Avantages
Ease of setup and integration with online systems.
Inconvénients
I am a travelling photographer and videographer for dancing and events so my customers purchase both face to face and online. Because the software is designed for brick and mortar businesses, you have to be within a short distance to "check in" through the application. However I was able to work around this by putting the login/register hyperlink on my website so my customers can check in from anywhere.

Have talked to them several times about issues but never seem to get anywhere

Flexibility to give % discount through points accrual
Inconvénients
The app is very slow calling up customer in loyal Zoo then returning to POS to ring up purchase
The rewards discount is NOT intergrated with our POS
Meaning we must MANUALLY apply discount per item ! This can be extremely tedious with several items being purchased

Thank you for your review. Because our software on Epos Now must be a web page the larger your customer list gets the slower a webpage takes to load i.e. your customer list. We have just made an update which should fix this by loading fewer customers at one time. As you are aware, unfortunately it is due to a limitation with Epos Now which means we cannot implement automatic reward injection. We are very keen to get this to you but until their part is done we cannot implement.

We really enjoy the ease of use and that customers can easily check in with the app so we don't even have to look up their name or email to reward/redeem their points.
Avantages
Super easy integration with our POS software, very easy to navigate for customers as well as staff, nice to be able to set your own discounts!
Inconvénients
We haven't had any issues with Loyalzoo, no customer complaints either, only feedback would be that customers are sometimes unaware they have points to redeem for discounts.

I know the issue you are having is Epos Now POS loading our software which causes you slowness :(
We've trying really hard to get Epos Now to change their infrastructure so rather than loading our software each time and making it slow, there will be a solution for this longterm.

A GREAT starter customer rewards program

It is a GREAT starter took for customer rewards, very easy to use. No punch cards solves so many problems.
Avantages
Love it's simplicity and ease of use. Customers love that they only have to provide a phone number amd name and do not need an app.
Inconvénients
One phone number per program does not work for our older population or Amish who do not use smartphones or email. Many users share same phone number. Also wish there were more bells and whistles, more ability to collect time/day usage, send out surveys, hold contests, etc.

Thanks so much for your kind feedback. The reason why we only allow one phone number or email is because we use this as a unique identifier to prevent fraud. As a workaround I can add a modification to your account which means you can create customers without email or phone number, that way the customer can simply track their points when they come in-store. If you would like me to do this, just drop us an email at [email protected] :)
We'll be looking at more bells and whistles Q4/19 - Q1/20 and will take your recommendations on board. We're already looking for providers to help us with reviews etc.

Great Loyalty app

They have been quick to respond to our issues, and the support team is very helpful.
Avantages
We've been using Loyalty zoo for over a year now. And we have really enjoyed it's functionality. It allowed us to move away from physical punch cards and store them locally for our customers.
Inconvénients
I wish it allowed us to create more than two types of punch cards in the system, but it's not too big of a deal.

I like Loyal Zoo because it allows me to easily be able to allot my loyal customers rewards without having to track a lot of details.
Avantages
Integration was very simple and easy to launch. What I like most is that I can use the least amount of personal information possible and the mobile sign in is awesome.
Inconvénients
The only problem I have had is the glitches with updates. But they iron these out relatively quickly.

Best Loyalty Program We Have Used To Date!

Avantages
The price for what you get is really unbeatable. It has most of the features we need in a loyalty program. Love the 2x loyalty points and ability to push out promotions any time.
Inconvénients
My only issue is so far I have been unable to figure out how to connect it to my WooCommerce store. It would be nice to be able to sync our customers that shop online and in store so they could earn points regardless their method of shopping.

Avantages
We really enjoy Loyalzoo! It's very easy to use and our customers love it as well! They really enjoy the different types of promotions we are able to show and love that they get free stuff!
Inconvénients
The only problem we have is that it only allows up to three promotions/point stamps at a time. We would prefer to be able to make up to 5 at least!

Easy to use and works

Our customers like having a loyalty scheme and it does drive repeat sales
Avantages
The loyalzoo app is easily integrated with our POS and website. Setting up rewards, marketing, etc is easily managed. Customer service is excellent with quick responses and follow up emails.
Inconvénients
Our old system recognised customers by their payment card which they liked as it made it automatic - no checking in needed. This was a really good feature and is missed now we’re using loyalzoo. I would also like to be able to choose more than 10 rewards to make sure we have something for all level of spenders plus room for seasonal rewards.

Avantages
Loyalzoo is much easier than any other loyalty program we have used before. Getting people signed up only takes a few seconds and they don’t have to worry about carrying a card or downloading an app. Just a phone number keeps track of so much information!

I only had one complaint , and it was fixed in a recent software update. Communication from Loyalzoo is great when there is an issue.

Ease of access. It is easy to add a customer, check on their rewards, or edit their reward amount. The customers can keep track of their rewards via text or app and they like being able to check it themselves.

Avantages
Ease of use, the software is very straight forward and easy to use. Interface is clear and concise.
Inconvénients
Slow response - it seem like it has a short delay for the app icon on our pos. The integration also was a bit cumbersome for a new user to understand.
