Avantages
La possibilité de suivre nos employés du terrain, la planification du calendrier nous permet de mieux gérer les clients en ligne, l'option de facturation nous aident également à facturer nos clients dans les plus bref délai, les différents couleurs dans l'option de comptabilité sont vraiment très utiles pour faire des distinctions. C'est au top Service Fusion! J'adore!
Inconvénients
le calendrier de suivi est un peu limité du coup Il n’y a pas de bon moyen de faire le suivi des congés payés aussi je voudrais que l’interface de l’application ait plus de paramètres plus personnalisables.

C’est un outil qui permet le développement des entreprises. Il permet aussi la conversion des taches en facture.
Inconvénients
La seule chose est que vous ne pouvez pas connecter avec un appareil mobile. Il y a aussi le problème de gestion des stocks qui se pose.

Service Fusion is our field operations enterprise software. As an installation and service company, it serves as the CRM, produces estimates/quotes, facilitates dispatching and job notes collection. In addition, Service Fusion integrates with both QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks Online. Invoices are creating in Service Fusion and pushed thru to QuickBooks as are customer payments, which allow us to invoice immediately upon the close out of a job without having to wait for part-time accounting staff to be in the office. Our prior process lost up to 4-7 days before invoices were processed.
Service Fusion comes with mobile apps for field staff to check in and out of jobs which is used for project billing and payroll processing. We were able to eliminate the use of 4 separate programs upon implementation of Service Fusion: time tracker, calendar, teams collaboration software, and a service ticket tracking program.
Avantages
Service Fusion's functionality allowed us to replace several separate program, reducing cost and increasing efficiency. Customers are able to digitally sign-off on techs' mobile devices upon project completion.
Inconvénients
There are limited report options. Would like to have a checklist option for field techs, where they can actually check off the boxes as specific tasks are completed.

The communication tools for both the clients and our techs in the field. We're still learning more great features every day and experimenting. Love how they are constantly adding new features and easy explanations of how to use them. When we have questions, and we often do, the support team is amazing!
Inconvénients
We're in the process of learning more about the great features of Fusion. There is a lot here that we're not using yet... yet.

The problem is reliability of their servers. At least several times a week they go down anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours to fix. You try running a service company when your techs cant go to the next job because the server is down. I am assured once a week that there server issues are resolved and they are not. I have been using this software for over 2 years, 6 month ago they did something because they are no longer reliable. I am paying top $ for the software . Kickserve was much more reliable and much less expensive.

As a dispatch software it does a good job

When it is working it is good , the problem in the last 6 months the server constantly goes down crippling my business

Service Fusion makes it tremendously easy for me to access all of my accounting and client information when I'm on the move. Along with having good customer assistance, I can access it using the app on my phone, tablet, or work PC. As a result, I can save a ton of time.
Avantages
Estimates, scheduling, online payments, a mobile application, and reporting are all included in the comprehensive software package with FSM features. With Service Fusion, you can quickly convert a task into an invoice. Out of all of them, I prefer Billing and Invoicing the most.
Inconvénients
Because it occasionally travels very slowly, the software needs a good connection to work. in addition to the restricted number of report options that may have been increased.

Avantages
I like the ability to schedule workers, schedule payment notifications, and do job costing all from the same place.
Inconvénients
It can be a little tricky to navigate and the custom template setup is a bit lacking.

Great all around dispatching/billing software. Intregrates well with QuickBooks for billing, all of the admin staff love the output and reports showing the growth of our business, and our technicians love the mobile app for billing!
Avantages
Very easy to implement, utiliize, training, etc. I have worked with many dispatching softwares, but this one is everything we needed with a lot of extras - dispatch zone map, heat map, customer email blasts, and the list goes on and on.
Inconvénients
No ability to make a negative invoice or a credit memo. You can void tickets easily, but some customers must have a hard copy of a credit with a different number than their original and this cannot be done as of yet in the software.

Generally satisfied. It's hard when we live on the east coast and your company is based in Texas, which is a different time zone and we seem to have to wait until 10 a.m. our time to get help.

You should write "do" above, not did (past tense like we are leaving you.)
What I like most about SF is it is user friendly.
Inconvénients
Like least, that you can't hit the back button and be exactly where you were. Everything resets. When creating a job it defaults to dispatched status instead of scheduled status. We have to change it from dispatched to scheduled. Issues with estimates, have to save as pdf to get it to print on one page. Otherwise, it prints address field separate from the details. Can be slow at times, especially when using search function.

Avantages
Outstanding customer service. Every time I have had an issue/problem, the support has been exceptional and the problem was resolved.
Inconvénients
The accounting side can be a little confusing especially for a novice with that side of the business.

limited customizations on some features. limited ability to create specific reports for example, Can not export statements like on other platforms. Can not take payments for multiples locations at the same time if they are separate accounts.

easy to use, solid software, but some basic functions are missing or not working

Avantages
We are a HVAC company and have been using Service Fusion daily for lead dispatching, quote, job dispatching. It is a solid software.
Inconvénients
However, there is on basic functions not working. When filed worker add a new service address to an exiting customer in their mobile app, the address is not searchable anymore. This caused big problem for us, and I have been calling their customer support team many times. Everyone was polite , but my problems not solved. I suggested if they couldn't fix it in there application logic, they can create a simple SQL script to run in the backend database every night, to copy all new address to customer's profile. I couldn't see any reason why this is not doable.
I am writing a review here, hoping some one from higher level of the company can hear their customer's pain and solve the problem for me.

They were super about the initial training, and have consistently tried to answer any remaining issues. We began to be able to have our techs collect credit card payments; awesome for both office & customers!! Data from the old system transferred over, mostly without any issues. The continual updates, which are largely in response to customer/user requests is a plus. You don't always get what you want, or as fast as you want it, but they are definitely trying to meet the most important, common user needs.

Better dispatching than what we had before.

Reports aren't all that they need to be, but can download info to Excel & manipulate most data

Mostly negative. Its been really rough for us trying to build and grow our company using this platform because there have been so many problems with the functionality of key workflows processes. The software is heavily marketed as a POS option for HVAC, Electrical, & Plumbing Companies but based on our experience it not able to handle their processes effectively and there is no fix in sight. It's extremely lacking in several key areas and service fusion management doesn't seem to care at all about the issues we have reported. We would highly recommend you steer clear of this company until they get their act together

The bugs and workflow problems NEVER get fixed. We have been reporting issues and asking for fixes to them for over 3 years now and practically NOTHING we have asked for has been done. Customer service reps just say that they will pass the issue onto the developers but then nothing ever happens. V2 just keeps getting promised as the fix-all, but somehow how I doubt it's going to be without major issues itself

I like that you have training videos but sometimes its a lot easier to go to the point and help out with a human. Am not going to lie it makes your job easier once you learn how to use it. I wish that you guys had a different ways (apps) to use it on the go for the phone system.

Simple if you know how to organized your team.
Inconvénients
Service call a.i. needs a lot of work for a new set up and to many missed calls as customer service told me that if i didn't like head sets that i was still on time to switch back. As i was having a hard time to fix the settings. You guys need to find a different way to train someone on this new system. Also have customer service available on Easter time as they all start at Pacific time and we have to wait 3 hours to get someone to help you early.

Inconvénients
Lied to by sales rep, and implementation team about what system can do. Found that no PO's can be generated through mobile device. GPS system is beyond horrible. No tracking, just real time tracking. Most of time it never updates so fleet is always idling instead of driving. No custom forms. Customer service is the worst. No follow up, no corrections, no help getting live but will take your money

We wanted an all-in-one cloud-based CRM that would allow our field techs and office staff to effectively capture information, book appointments, review workflows, get driving directions, build invoices, take photos and collect/document payments. Service Fusion has been a lifesaver and changed how efficiently we can do all this, while collecting key data points that can later be used to generate actionable reports.
Avantages
The ability to generate reports and review metrics in a single click has allowed us insights into the most profitable and least beneficial areas of our business, allowing us to streamline our business model and maximize our bottom line. We have received multiple compliments from customers about the excellent communication from our business (appointment reminders via call or text) and being able to pull up job history on a client is worth its weight in gold.
Inconvénients
Not having a home button in the app that takes you back to the main screen can result in lost time due to extra clicks. We have found it is sometimes faster to close and reboot the application. Also, when we signed up, we double-checked that we would be able to use a 3rd party credit-card processing vendor and were assured this would always be the case. Now we are being forced to integrate all our payment processing through Service Fusion. If the fees to process payment go up (as all things do) this would certainly frustrate our business and dampen my enthusiasm to recommend SF to other business owners/managers.

Avantages
I investigated all the big field service software something (some cleaning industry specific some not), and I tried a number of them but Service Fusion hands down won the race.
Client and scheduling management is a dream. The ease and simplicity of creating and managing schedules both recurring clients and single cleanings is so wonderfully well designed. My office manager can manage the schedule of 125+ recurring clients (plus 15-20 one time cleanings each month) for 12 cleaners from the office or home on work laptop.
The reporting capabilities and exporting of reports makes payroll easy.
Finally, the employee-side app is a fully functional app that shows the schedule, acts as gps, acts as time clock, and tons of details to help them.
Inconvénients
I hate it when people cop out and say There's nothing I dislike but.....there's ALMOST nothing I dislike:-)
1) I love the grid layout of the schedule page when viewing with a computer, but with mobile phone the view is different. It's fine for our employees, but for me or the office manager it's difficult to view everyone's schedule for the future.
2) I wish they had a referral or affiliate program

To be honest, Customer service is on point.!!!! I am still discovering features in SF and all agents are very knowledgeable, every question i have they all make sure to guide me on the process, if a ticket is opened for a problem that has to go to the internal team i always get a response back usually within a day or two. ([sensitive content hidden] best of all)
Inconvénients
No credit memo feature, not being able to go back the page on everything most times takes me back to main page if it is an invoice or something i am searching for. not been able to void invoices, the service management agreement does not detail anything this feature should be able to tell me the amount of contract when do they expire for the option of possible sales i should be seing the customers that their agreements are about to expire without having to pull a report. I do not like to see open revenue for the jobs that are closed but not billed this should be for open balances that are billed open invoices or pending not closed if a job is closed the balance should not reflect as an open balance on the account.

There are a few functionality problems, but overall this product is fantastic for office life.

Avantages
This software has multiple highlights, the organization of the jobs, the visual cleanliness, easy to navigate menus and just an all round good software for small/large/fortune 500 companies.
Inconvénients
The parts where this software lacks is in the non-admin or front-end abilities. Front-end cant batch delete, or batch enter information. I wish there was like an excel import option to bring lists in. Also, one thing that bugs me is when I set the records count to anything other then the default 10 per page, it resets whenever the page has to reload. Its like there are no cookies for individual use, only the software as a whole. Any settings I had set change back as soon as the page has to reload. Id like to see some minor improvements on the utilities and advanced options for customization for the individual not just the software as a whole.

Thanks for the review!
The setting to set your default list sizes is in Company Preferences, so you can increase it up to 100 items per page if you'd like. But I do see your broader point though and will work with our dev team on a possible solution.

Avantages
It is easy to use, fairly reliable, and it handles purchase orders, multiple warehouses for inventory, ability to schedule multiple technicians to a job, sub customer. Tech support is easy to get to.
Inconvénients
We have some customers that prefer to have invoices faxed to them, and we use myfax for our provider. It appeared that there was a way to integrate with that service, however, when we contacted tech support they informed that it may be available in the future. Not sure why they have a non-functioning feature. The inventory system is at best mediocre. Payments recorded in Quickbooks do not synch back to SF. Tech support, while helpful most of the time are stand-offish when a feature does not work as expected. Overall, they are far better than a few other vendors we have tried, but there are a lot of improvements to be made yet.

I just emailed you a solution for the eFax setup. My guess is that since it's not a common request the person you spoke with was not sure how to set it up. I apologize.
Would love to hear more specifics about the inventory management piece not being up to par. I think we have quite a bit of functionality covered (e.g. multiple warehouses, serialization, reallocation, POs, inventory orders, etc.), but again, would definitely love to hear a more detailed feedback and figure out how to improve.
