Wave Accounting n'offre pas toutes les fonctionnalités de comptabilité avancées. Son support client est limité et ne répond pas en temps réel. Le logiciel affiche de la publicité pour d'autres produits et services.

Facile à ordonné les paiements et dépenses, efficace dans le calcul des revenus

Un peu complexe pour tout nouveau débutants

Les prix de ce logiciel sont excellents, ils conviennent à notre budget

C'est un très bon logiciel de comptabilité très performant permet d'accéder aux données depuis n'importe où et permet de créer des équipes pour collaborer et travailler ensemble. J'adore

C'est tellement merveilleux ce logiciel je fais mes factures en toute simplicité et mes paiements sont tellement simplifié c'est unique

Pas de support téléphonique: Wave Accounting n'offre pas de support téléphonique, ce qui peut rendre difficile la résolution de problèmes techniques ou de comptabilité.

We were looking for a low-cost solution, and Wave met our needs for our two subsidiaries. Accounting software that doesn't break the bank. The billing and payment process runs smoothly.

I can only view reports once a year and cannot download individual reports or combine them. It's difficult to plan for cash flow in the financial realm.

I like the ease of use and the ability to create both individual invoices and recurring invoices. I also like the ability to take a range of payments from card to direct deposit (ACH). Finally, the ease of managing transactions makes my life easier as a small business owner.

The recent price increase, while understandable, is never fun.

I love ease of use and functions that match my business needs.
Allows branding and customisation of invoices. Love that I can clone invoices saving time for repeat services to same clients ( art coaching in my case)

Disappointed that they removed wave receipts for non-US clients. This particular feature was critical to document hard copies of receipts on the go, into the online wave system. Now their is nothing else to integrate the hard copies of receipts into the wave system

Having a free version for small business owners is truly amazing. The fact that it works so well and is very easy to setup & use is a blessing

I realize every business needs to make money - the latest update which now makes you download the invoice to send as opposed to being able to send from within Wave is nothing more than a small extra step.

Invoice creation and sending. Charts are nice.

They withdrew money from my account to pay payroll taxes, then didn'tpay the tax. You can't speak to anyone there and thy take forever to get back to you. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The software is beyond easy to use. I can design and customize my invoices which helps my business stand out from the rest. Invoices only take a few minutes to create, and clients can pay by clicking directly on the email link.

I cannot think of any negatives at this time.

Wave Apps was easy to use and easy to setup. It makes our business much easier to run.

Super accounting application which is free, user-friendly, secure and with many features to assist in the whole accounting process for sole-proprietor or other SMEs

The fact that it is now only available in the USA and Canada, thus blocking other local currency features.

Great reaccuring invoicing. Easy to setup and use invoice and quotation system. Realtime creation of users, invoices, quotes, items, clients. And once invoice or quote is created, or client, it is easy to edit if needed. Also can reassign quotes or invoices to other clients. Multiple email sending.

No credit feature. Doesnt support South Qfrican card services. Cant customise invoice and quote templates.

I use Wave as QB alternative on my end. I like that it automates repetitive accounting tasks such as AP, GL, financial management and payment matching.

However, Wave lack offline access and accounting capabilities for global enterprises.

I love everything about Wave. I have been using it for several years for small business accounting. Its connected right to my business account so I never have to worry about forgetting anything

There is not a single thing I can say wrong about Wave. I have used it for several small businesses of different types and it works for them all!

Unless you get an optional paid subscription services that many business don't even need you can not get any support not by email nor by Messenger or on the phone. You are on your own. You can only use their knowledge base or online videos. If you have an issue that is not in the knowledge base you are on your own to figure it out.

We no longer care about getting reports on the financial performance of our company since the deployment of this solution. It's easy to use and report generation feature are responsive.

Its a tool that meets the requirements, we have never regretted.
